The apartments only accepts guests aged 25 or over. Proof of age may be required. Please supply the apartments with a date of birth in the comments section when booking, or within 24 hours from the time of booking otherwise the reservation may be cancelled. Late check in, after 19:00, incurs a GBP 25 charge. Check-in instructions: We do not operate a reception on site we therefore ask that you indicate at booking your estimated time of arrival. Credit card details are required as a security bond and may be used to cover any damage or breakages. Our office opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 18:00. Duty Manager on call 24 hours. For arrivals outside of these hours, alternative arrangements can be made. Groups policy: Reservations of 2 or more rooms, by any one client, on any one day will be considered a group booking. Please note: if you wish to stay in an apartment with a balcony or river views, there will be a supplement of GBP 10 per night.
