The location, service, and responsiveness were all very good, and I often use the L7 series because it's one of my favorites. This was my second time in Gangnam. Overall, it was very good, but since there was a problem on the last day, I had to lower my rating a bit. My explanation was also inadequate, and I felt a bit disappointed. I had planned to finish breakfast and return to the hotel, but the room was already checked out and cleaned, so my remaining luggage was taken to the front desk. The items I left in the fridge, including yogurt and water, were discarded after the cleaning was completed. I was glad I hadn't left any money behind, but it felt a bit scary. I found out about my forgotten items through a phone call from the front desk, and their subsequent handling was very smooth, which was a relief.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. It is a 5-minute walk to Seongnang Station, which is served by Line 9 and the Sinbundang Line. The access to Yeouido, the Gangnam area, and the Seongsu-dong area was good. There are Daiso, Olive Young, and coffee shops nearby, giving it the feel of a hotel in the city. The hotel was very clean, and the service was good. I heard there are staff who speak Japanese, but I didn’t have one during my stay. On the second day, I requested bed making, and everything was neatly arranged, which was nice. However, the bathrobe was not changed. Towels and water were replenished compared to when I checked in. The check-out process was smooth; I just had to hand the key to the staff at the counter on the first floor if there were no additional charges. The downside was watching television. In Korea, many channels broadcast at the same time, so I had to search for the channel numbers of the programs I wanted to watch myself. It would have been nice to have a guide with the major TV program numbers, but since there wasn’t one, it took some extra effort. The air inside the hotel and throughout Korea is extremely dry, so I think having some measure against that would make for a more comfortable stay. Overall, it was a very good hotel, and I would definitely like to use it again when visiting the Gangnam or Seongsu-dong areas.

Room is clean and even standard room, the space is enough for relaxing. Fast wifi. No YouTube on TV. The door of the room it too heavy but acceptable. Front staffs can speak English well. They have washing mashine and dryer, suitable for washing clothes. There is 24/7 automatic currency exchange mashine. It was very convenient. Hopefully, the metro station is closer than this but still okay.

Good value, Comfortable stay”
I had a comfortable stay and felt welcomed by staff. The location is amazing if you are doing stuff around Gangnam. A bit longer if you are going to more central areas. The hotel is quiet, the rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable. The staff was friendly and tried to help, although a few didn’t speak great English. They tried, bless their hearts 😂. And many were very helpful. The breakfast was eclectic and good, but the same each time we went. The hotel seemed to have a wide range of both International and Korean travelers. Overall it was a nice stay, and well worth the price.
