Pros: - Friendly staff - ample parking - good food Cons: - bed-sheets and pillowcases smelled damp - water system creaked noisily every usage - no clear view of Taal lake Overall: Will probably come back once construction around the area is already finished.. particularly the restaurants... Not recommending this place as of this time.

If you want a place few minutes away from the city, this is very ideal. Place is instagrammable. They serve good food for breakfast. They also have El Cocinero; their Paella is a must try! Property is very promising but theres a lot of room for improvement; service should be reviewed by the management. Security people are more courteous than the hotel staff. For the rooms, I suggest you look at it first than booking online. Overall, I will still give this property a chance and will be back as the manager promised for better service and standards in a few months.

The hotel was still on its soft opening when we booked so I think they can still improve on a lot of things. I like that the place is very serene, providing peace and quiet, with lots of greens. Although, I think they need to fumigate because there were a lot of mosquitoes. We booked 2 executive rooms, the ones with a separate living room and kitchen/dining. The bedroom was smaller than the living room. And the bed was only a double bed. We were traveling with a 7-month old baby who was co-sleeping with us, and we found it to be too cramped for us. I think it would be too small even for 2 adults. Maybe they should consider using queen-sized beds. The sofa in the living room was also not comfy. The bathroom was also very small, the toilet is not separated from the shower room, so the whole bathroom could really get wet if you take a shower. Breakfast was plated, food is nothing special. They have swimming pool, but it could get crowded because there's really nothing much to do in the complex. Good thing, it's near the best go-to restos in the area. So yes, they need to improve on a lot of things before they fully launch in April 2019.

I booked thru agoda cause the rates were cheaper eapecially with the agoda promos, i paid 4k instead 4,800 per night for the premium room with breakfast vs booking directly. I had questions & it was so hard getting in touch with the hotel - i tried different numbers i saw online and their response to text calls, text messages and email was really slow. On the day of our check-in, i tried calling cause we wanted to ask if i could checkin late, no answer again. Upon checkin, slow staff Enroute to the hotel, we wazed for directions but missed the turn cause the sign to the last turn was not visible. The eatate is nice, new, clean! I love the art everywhere! However, room was so small for the price, worst of all BATHROOM WAS RIDICULOUSLY SMALL for the room rate. There was no separation between toilet and shower and the sink and toilet was really small. Okay for me as a girl but if you are a big guy. It would we too small. Breakfast was so so. The corned beef was good though!

The place is beautiful except that our room bed has bed bugs! We went back with a lot of swollen patches on our skin and we have a one year old! We also feel that the fee for the hot tub at P1k an hour is tad too much.

Pros - Location was easy to locate via gps Cons - Employees are not trained from hoeskeeping to maintenance, to security/parking etc, whenever you ask something they will just simply answer to check with FO. - No kettle in the room, requested but was not given as per FO all kettle are rented - The smell of the room was unpleasant - Bathroom amenities was given, 2 boxes of toothbrush, one was broken the other one was empty - The room is disappointing thus the painting of walls, cabinets, it really shows that the room is not totally ready to be occupied by the guests - In the website even here in agoda, there were no information that we have to pay for using jacuzzi, thus upon checking in FO, we have to pay 1k per use. - Christmas 25 Dec, the breakfast was served as buffet, but the person putting the food in the plate, looks annoyed esp when you asked them to put more. Overall, our stay was disappointing. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The place was lovely, but the facilities need a little ramping up. No mirrors in the suites except for the one in the bathroom, and no place to hang clothes in (no closets and clothes hangers, had to borrow the latter from reception and hang it by the kitchen racks). Also, don't forget to ask for the pool pass before you take a dip. Otherwise, the place is in an ideal, quiet location, and the food is nice. Staff were also very friendly and accommodating. :)

First, it is expensive for the quality of this hotel. It’s actually a mix of hotel and residential. We got the 2 bedroom room and it is so dirty and small!! You can take a shit while showering! That’s how small the toilet is. Everything you ask, you have to pay! I asked for hair dryer you have to pay, I went for a swim and asked for a pool towel and the arrogant pool attendant told me I have to pay for a pool towel. There’s no internet inside the room, but I guess there is in the lobby but who would go to the lobby full of mosquitos just to have an internet! Never be fooled with pictures. If you want to eat at this instagrammable restaurant inside the property just do so. But don’t stay here. Waste of money.

The place was so instagramable. Love the designs and the amenities. Overall it was a great experience.

Stayed here for 3D2N. On our first night, we were told we had to pay P1,000 extra to use their jacuzzi since we only rented a studio room. We asked how much to upgrade our rooms so we can use the jacuzzi for free. They told us the upgraded rooms are currently in a promo which is the same price we paid, so we don't have to pay any extra. We agreed to upgrade our rooms then. 3 days later when we're about to check out, they told us we had a balance of P2,000 for upgrading our rooms. SMH. The hotel itself is nice and clean, but the bathrooms are small and poorly designed. There's no separate shower area, not even a curtain. So if you take a shower, everything inside is going to get wet, including the toilet paper. The sink is so small, I couldn't even put both hands under the faucet w/o touching the drain. The swim pool water was icy cold. The jacuzzi water had a weird, stale smell to it. Lots of flies in the area. Service is also slow. Took them 2 days to move us. SMH.

Ambience, surrounding environment, hotel staff (other than the girl receptionist), are great. Why my score then? We left the hotel stressed because of the overnight parking rate (for lost ticket which is a piece of paper) charged to us as hotel guests. We didn’t even park in their covered parking. This is my first time to be charged for parking in a hotel accommodation and I’m so disappointed. Is it not assumed that since we availed of their hotel rooms, parking should come free of charge? This is how all hotels do it. Yes, we lost a piece of paper (the ticket) and I made a plea to the girl receptionist but to no avail. She just insisted it’s the hotel policy. I think the management should revisit their parking policy for their hotel guests. What is the risk being prevented anyway for them to issue parking tickets to hotel guests with very stringent rules?

Rooms were nice but a bit small. Pool was okay. Mosquitoes were roaming around so bring lotion or repellant. Breakfast was good. Resto was very homey

The place is picture perfect and serene though I think its hard to go to this place if you are just commuting. You need to go the front-desk if you will use the facility. Using Jacuzzi will cost you 1K per hour. Food is limited but not bad. Antonios is just near the area which is 5-8 mins drive

This property is not located along the main road so the environment is peaceful and quiet. Perfect for those who want to just relax. The room is not that spacious, but it's clean. Breakfast is good, too.

Love the interiors and peacefulness of the place... I may be solo on my stay but never felt the loneliness of being by myself as the staffs are friendly enough to take pictures of me and tour me around the place... Will surely go back!!!love love love the place❤🙋

We got the executive room which has a big balcony but no chairs and tables for outside use. The sofa in the living room area is not as comfortable as it is made of cheap wood and feels like it will break anytime. And worst of all the water heater is not working at all and my wife called the reception but nobody came to fix or even check on it. good thing we only stayed for 1 night only.

The hotel’s construction is still on going I think, because they just opened April 2018. There are still a lot that they need to improve in their facilities.

We are so amaze by the aesthetics of the hotel but upon check-in, electricity is gone. No generator within the vicinity, just emergency lights. We waited for more than an hour and consistently following up the receptionist of the status but she cannot guarantee whether there would be power overnight or none. This, we decided to checkout and ask her if we can refund then she just said cannot cause it’s booked online and she can only return security deposit. Customer service is poor, they should be the one updating us at least in this kind of situations. They still even ask us pay the parking fee of 50 pesos.

They will provide anything that you need even beyond their responsibility. Like providing medicine and plastic bag 😆. I've been a demanding customer but they put up with me and to all of my demands. I'll be back for sure.
