One of the worst hotels in the metro!
Food, room, facilities, area, and service ---- ALL terrible. Save time and money. Go somewhere else.

Self absorbed aanagement leads to unsatisfied guests...
Nice staff, stinky lobby, old furniture and management dines 5 star style while guests have limited options to choose from the menu that the chef will take the time to prepare.

Good for a quick staycation near the metro

Not a good hotel to stay at
Breakfast is next to useless . Staff Manager for this department should be retrained or replaced . In fact this applies to all Managers . Staff try their best . We were there for 10 days and never once was our room cleaned properly . Sorry i cannot recommend this hotel .

Retired on a business trip
Booked this hotel on the Internet , so we didn't know what to expect . Location is ok, staff were excellent, friendly & professional. However , we were disappointed on some details about the set-up of the room . Lighting system needs some upgrade as there are no bedside lamps for reading, but just ceiling lights where you have to get up & activate them which is quite inconvenient . Also, housekeeping does not offer washcloths which is a necessity for us .If you need extra pillow they will charge you extra fee. No ironing board was provided like other hotels to freshen up your clothes . We had the airport transport that the hotel provided but the fee was quite high compared to other services . Otherwise, our stay was not bad for a week .

A military camp pretenting to be a hotel
This is not a hotel but a military camp. The room only allows 2 person to stay but they allow you to have guests. They treated my guests like criminals especially at the lobby when they were waiting for me. They stared at them as if they will do something illegal. I already explained that they wont be staying for the night and that they're only at the hotel for our meeting. The staff told them that at 10pm the guests must leave. As 10pm was nearing they called us to tell us that my guests should go down or else they will be charged. First time to experience this at a hotel. We we're not treated as guests VERY BAD PR

Needs some renovation
Pros: Polite staff, bedrooms have 2 large beds Cons: Upon entering, the room had a bad smell, but slowly went away after air conditioning was turned on; air con took so long to make the room cooler; definitely needs to be renovated. My friend advised me that during rainy season, don't stay there because the street ALWAYS floods. Take note!

Staycation
Our stay was not that pleasant unlike the other years that we have been checking in at this hotel. The aircon in the room is not that cold and the sheets was not that clean.
