The apartment is spacious, clean, in a cozy neighborhood (a bit further from the center, but closer to the mountain and hiking trails). The host was friendly and gave all the necessary information.

I liked the area a lot, quiet and cosy streets, traditional community and good fun exploring the area
A bit far from the town, shops and transport hubs if you don’t have your own transportation. Luckily the bikes provided compensated for this, we used them every day

I chose your house to rent because I liked the wood and stone details- I knew that this was an traditional old building … I also liked that there was a fireplace… plus I liked it that it wasn’t in the centre of town … in Belgium I work long hours and I live in the centre of the city (70,000 people) and I miss the quiet ! The communication with Antonio & Daniela was very good, Antonino is very open friendly person and great to chat to .
What I would advise is do not write you have bicycles … this gives a certain impression that they r in good condition! 🤣🙄 in Belgium the people r crazy 4 bikes ! We did amuse ourselves however 2x on your bicycles !!! A lot of laughing about hitting our knees on the chin ! unfortunately they aren’t safe or worth advertising to potential clients… I also bought new sheets and pillowcases… I forgot to buy new towels as I was in a hurry to catch the bus from the big shopping centre on the Sunday afternoon! I would recommend that you invest in new bed linen, towels , pillows, blankets, kitchen towels and a cover that is washable for the sofa …. Your studio has a lot of potential, I would improve the details and present a more cohesive package

Comfortable stay at very well-equipped house”

We had a wonderful stay and loved Lake Como. The house had everything we needed and we were pleasantly surprised by how well equipped everything was, the host thought of everything. We cooked all of our meals and there were plenty of dishes and pots/pans, which is a rare find. The wifi worked well, the basic bikes were nice to have(for short distances), plenty of storage and there's laundry too. The place was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and not touristy. Lake Como is huge so it's close to the sights on the north and east side of the lake but a commute to other parts - plan accordingly.
We had an odd experience throwing away our compost at a site - someone seemed upset at us but we didn't understand Italian to know why, plus there was no dedicated bin for compost.

Vacaciones de maravilla en Colico, Italia”

Fantástico piso, muy limpio, con todo lo que necesitas dentro. Cocina muy bien equipada. Camas grandes y muy cómodas. 4 bicicletas a disposición de los turistas. Garaje privado - aunque el acceso es un poco complicado para coches mas grandes. Muy buena comunicación con el dueño, que fue muy amable y nos envió con antelación toda la información necesaria. Ubicación excelente, en una zona muy tranquila,, a 5 min. de distancia, andando, de lago Como. Muchas atracciones alrededor - Milano, Bérgamo, los lagos Como y Maggiore, las montañas.
No tiene wifi y la cobertura del móvil, dentro de la casa, esta mal. Bueno, esto puede ser una ventaja....

Le logement a du charme, sans luxe mais très bien équipé et propre. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. La propriétaire nous a envoyés un maximum d'informations, c'était vraiment très clair. Elle nous a notamment envoyé l'adresse d'un locataire de vélos et nous en avons pleinement profité. Le nord du lac est très beau, de belles balades a faire dans la nature.
La garde robe dans la chambre en mauvais état et pas beaucoup de place mais pour quelques jours ce n'était pas un problème. A part ça c'était parfait!

Eine tolle Woche in einer schönen Wohnung und sehr nette Vermieter.”

Schöne gut eingerichtete Wohnung mit separatem Zugang. Der Zusatzofen wird mit Holz geheizt, welches vorrätig war. Das Feuer war sehr schön anzusehen und machte eine gute Stimmung. Für den Sommer steht sogar ein Kühlgerät zur Verfügung - das benötigten wir jetzt nicht! Bei Fragen war die Vermieterin stets schnell mit Hilfe per App zur Stelle und wir konnten alle offenen Fragen schnell lösen. Die Wohnung ist nicht weit vom Wasser und man kann sehr schöne Spaziergänge machen.
Wir sind zu einer kühlen Reisezeit angereist. Als wir ankamen haben wir die Gasheizung von 10° hochstellen müssen und die Wohnung war sehr ausgekühlt. Aber das konnten wir mit dem Holzofen ausgleichen und am nächsten Tag war die Raumtemperatur prima.
