Lovely Hotel in Not Far From City Center”

We loved La Casa Panzio. The owner of the hotel picked us up and dropped us off at the Train Station at no additional cost. John(?) did not speak much English but we communicated well enough. The hotel is located in a neighborhood overlooking the City, perhaps a ten minute walk to the castle and city center. The only problem we had with the hotel is that the air conditioning did not work, but we also did not ask to have it fixed. We would stay in the hotel again - hopefully we will get to Eger again too.

Charming and hospitable ”

La Casa was a real find. Very friendly owners for whom nothing was too much trouble, lovely breakfast room and generous breakfast, rooms clean and spacious with pleasant views. Quiet locality. A climb up from the city at the end of the day but manageable.

Great location near the Eger castle ”

The stay was great. It only took about 10 minutes walk down to the Eger castle. The only cons that we had was that the carpet on the floor was dirty and it looked like it has not been washed for ages and the room could have used some new paint or at least a different color other that the pink color that it was painted.

Just fine for the money”

we stayed only one night in this hungarian pension, and the overall experience was quite alright. it is situated quite a bit away from the city centre, so either a 20 minutes walk or a short drive by car/taxi. the owners are really lovely and helpful. the room we had however was quite small and painted in blue (like totally) - so not much my taste. the shower was in the middle of the room with view to/from the bed, so there wasn't any privacy while in the bathroom, which i find quite disturbing. if you don't mind this, this pension could be a good choice.

Very friendly owners with basic room”

there is no reception so the owners contacted us about when we would be arriving and even picked us up from the train station, which was very nice. the panzio was about 35 minutes walk from the train station and about 15 minutes to old town. it is also about 30 minutes walk to all the wine cellars. it is in a pretty quiet neighborhood on a big hill with some good views of the town in that area. the room was clean, but was pretty basic and on the small size. it had a nice kitchen on the first floor with a patio out back if you wanted to hangout at the panzio.

Great place and hosts - slightly out of the way”

The hosts picked us up and dropped us off at the railway station. The kitchen/common area and patio were large and well equipped. The whole place was very clean. In a quiet residential area. Great wifi connections. It feels like you're in your own home. You can tell the hosts take a lot of pride in the house. You gotta walk up and down a hill to get to and from the guesthouse. It's probably a 10 minute walk down to the centre and a 20 minute walk up. Not a horrible experience but you may want to take a cab if you're going to go get drunk at the Valley of the Beautiful women. The bathroom was very small but it had everything you needed (really appreciate all the hooks and handles in it to hang your stuff on). No A\C, so it can get fairly warm, but never unbearable.

Wir sind gut und herzlich aufgenommen worden. Dies war unser 3. Aufenthalt und würden wieder dort buchen. Die Beratung für Ausflüge war sehr gut.

O proprietário nos buscou na estação de trem, foi atencioso e nos deu dicas sobre a cidade. a La Casa fica há cerca de 30 min de caminhada da estação, 20 min do centro histórico. Está localizada no alto de uma colina, o que torna a volta para o hotel um pouco cansativa, mas nada impossível, já que a cidade é relativamente pequena. O Hotel possuí um quarto e ambiente comum aconchegante, com um refeitório legal e um jardim ao seu fundo.

Отличная локация! Отель находится рядом с крепостью города, достаточно спуститься с горки. Хозяин был очень любезен, предоставил нам практически весь дом, уютная терраса, где можно посидеть с ужином, очень необычная кухня с полным фаршем. Хозяин немного говорит по русски, приехал по нашему звонку очень быстро, смело рекомендуем отель для осмотра и отдыха в Эгере

Nigdy więcej. W aplikacji jest napisane że jest to Hotel okazuje się że wcale nie. Gdy dojechaliśmy okazało się że są to apartamenty nikt nie otwierał drzwo a gdy zadzwoniliśmy do obsługi okazało się że nie mieli naszej rezerwacji o 19 wieczorem musieliśmy z narzeczonym i 3 miesięcznym dzieckiem szukać nowego hotelu.

Eger ”

Podobało nam się wyposażenie kuchni i jej urządzenie, miło było sobie posiedzieć, ładne patio, gdzie spędziliśmy wieczory przy winku. Nasze uwagi to: ekspres do kawy bardzo powoli parzy kawę. Pensjonat jest nad miastem, dobre zejście 10 minut to: do centru najlepiej iść wzdłuż murów zamku, lub takim przejściem podziemnym pod zamkiem nie polecamy wzdłuż drogi bo samochody smrodzą ja jadą pod górę. Powrót dobry na sen po pod górę. Atrakcje to wino nalewane do butelek w Egerszalok i wody termalne też w Egerszalok. Coś co dziwi to wczesne zamykanie sklepów, restauracji, winiarni itd.

Przyjemny pensjonat na wzgórzu”

Ten pensjonat to dobry wybór na nocleg w Egerze, jednak aby do niego dojść trzeba się wspiąć na górkę. Wysiłek rekompensuje świetna panorama na miasto i okolice (przy skrzyżowaniu jest nawet ławeczka, gdzie można podziwiać widoki). Niedaleko jest zamek i rynek, tam znajduje się też supermarket. Pokój i łazienka były nieduże, ale wystarczające. Domowy klimat potęguje wystrój, boazeria. Można było skorzystać z kuchni/jadalni. Wifi w pokoju przerywało, ale w jadalni bez problemu szybko działało. Gospodarz był bardzo miły, przyjechał po nas na stację (choć tu się nie dogadaliśmy i minęliśmy z nim, a od stacji jest spory kawałek), na koniec też zaproponował podwiezienie. Trochę słabo mówi po angielsku, ale ogólnie udaje się porozumieć. Nie podobało mi się, gdy na miejscu okazało się, że podatek miejski nie był wliczony w cenę (nie było to wyszczególnione na rezerwacji) - ok. 1.5 euro od osoby za noc. Ach, no i ściany są cienkie, a łóżka i podłoga drewniane, skrzypią, ogólnie w pokoju słychać, co dzieje się u sąsiadów... Poza tym pobyt oceniam jako udany.

bardzo przyjemny pensjonat”

Pensjonat bardzo przytulny, z "klimatem", położony w cichym osiedlu na wzgórzu nad Egerem, gdzie po wyjściu na spacer można podziwiać całą panoramę Egeru. W kilka minut spacerkiem można dojść do centrum. Pan zajmujący się gośćmi, jest bardzo miły i bardzo dbający o to żeby wszystko było OK. Podziękowania dla Niego! Cały pobyt w sumie bardzo udany, tym bardziej że w promieniu ok 18 km, jest kilka fajnych basenów z wodami termalnymi. Jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu. Jeden mały mankament to, tylko 3 miejsca parkingowe przed samym pensjonatem, reszta w oddali.
