Great family friendly hotel”
We stayed here for a little over two weeks. Walking distance to two or three great beaches. Super close to great touristy restaurants, and walking distance to more traditional Vietnamese restaurants with Com Tam, Banh Mi, Pho Bo, Bun Bo, etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet with a bit of variation from day to day, but always fresh fruit, bread, butter, salad, jam, tea, coffee, juice, bacon, sausage, soup. And a lady who will cook pancakes, omelette or fried eggs for you on request. Reasonable sized pool, with sun beds. The pool could have been a little cleaner, but it was good enough to swim in every day. The hotel has free bikes you can borrow, or motorbikes you can rent if you want to go explore the area. No restaurant in the hotel, but there's a bar next door that also serves food. They had live music every second night, and their cocktails were good :)

Very cosy place with friendly staff! Rooms are big and clean, pool is clean and open till late, and there's a restaurant and minimart. Several other eating places and convenience stores nearby as well and there are bicycles available to cycle to nearby Ong Lang Beach also. Overall, highly recommended for anybody who wants to unwind in Phu Quoc away from crowds :)

Lovely, environmental and accommodating”
La Casa resort was a haven! Situated near a superb, quiet and clean beach (10 minute walk), clean and comfy bed, a lovely garden full of well looked after flowers and tropical trees, bike available for rent for free, simple but clean and delicious buffet breakfast, nice swimming pool and a restaurant that makes one of the best mango milkshakes (sinh to xoai) and seafood/vegetable bbqs!!! We were above and beyond satisfied. Mr Bill (the receptionist) spoke excellent English and was so accommodating of our family. Amongst many things, when we left the resort and realised we had left some things by mistake, he arranged for a taxi to deliver them to us and we were able to recover all the items safely! Many heartfelt thanks to Mr Bill and the rest of the team at La Casa. The only constructive feedback I would like to give is that the cleaning staff came in too early, around 9.30am, when the guests were still in the room! Later afternoon would be better I think!

Excellent resort in the downtown”
La Casa boasts a perfect location to my opinion. It takes about 10 minutes walk to get to the beach. However, you are surrounded with local restaurants and shops, so you don't feel yourself short of those. I consider that being a big advantage, because the prices in the beach resorts restaurants are not reasonably high and you are limited with the choice of dishes they propose. La Casa has a nice pool. However, we had issues with our stomach and also headache after swallowing a bit of water from it. Nothing too bad, but I think they put too much of chemistry in it. They just launched their bar and spa, so the facilities got increased. Their in-house restaurant serves the breakfasts only in a buffet style and we all found it very good. To summarize, I suggest the place for any kind of travellers.

Me and my family stayed at La Casa for 4 days .Overall this is a very cozy and memorable resort great for any travelers who wanna a family and private feeling :) and there are many nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. love how they design the garden and the way they welcome us ( you can buy the welcome fragrance oil from the reception even:)). But one thing I’m a bit disappointed is seems like they don’t have enough cleaning staffes, which lead to a relatively irregular cleaning frequency. Apart from that, everyone here at La Casa is very polite and helpful:)

A Sweet Little Spot”
La Casa is worth the price with beautiful gardens. Though on a busy road, the bungalows and rooms feel tucked away in a little slice of paradise. The pool is lovely with comfy chairs to lounge in. It's easy to motorbike or walk to public beaches and the central location on the island makes it easy to explore both the North and South. The service was the best we've had the whole time we've been in Vietnam. The breakfast buffet is a nice spread with loads of fresh fruit and plenty of coffee. Definitely a lovely place to stay!

Stay at La casa!!:) staff is super friendly, rooms are great! Clean and big. They are cleaned every day, fresh towels & water. Beautiful flowers everywhere and a huge pool. We stayed there for 5 nights, also rented a scooter and it was amazing. location is good, 5 min walk to the nice beach, great food in the nearby. You can also call them for the airport pickup! Thank you La casa for everything!!!:)

Good staff and that's all”
The hotel looks like new. BUT, two constructions on the territory. One is in front of the hotel, just next to the swimming pool, and another one on the backyard and this building makes much more noise than first one. So forget about swimming pool and prepare to wake up before 7:30 (they start to use a wood saw about that time). The staff try to do all best to make you feel like home. Wifi is not so god but enough for websurfing. Breakfasts are good enough. Location is bad, lots of empty restaurants with high prices (would not recommend to eat there), one small shop with water and beer. Road to the beach is awful: takes about 15 min by walk, lots of constructions and trucks, so prepare to breathe dust and sand. Ong Long Beach is ok in comparison with dirty Long Beach. It's clean and beautiful. Phu Quoc is dirty and overrated island. If you have ever been to Thailand - you be shocked when visit Phu Quoc. Would not visit this island again.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Staff were amazing, excellent english and a nice breakfast. 5 minutes walk from the very nice and quite ong lang beach. Its a little drive from the town centre but that actually became a blessing. Would definitley stay again.

The location is central to everything. It’s a 15 mins walk to Ong Lang beach, or you can use the free bicycle to get to beach. Great breakfast selections plenty of local restaurants nearby— all within walking distance.

My parents stayed there for 2nights with their friends. Staffs and the environment are good. The beach nears La Casa is not as beautiful as other beaches. Location is quite far from the South of the island where has an excellent seafood restaurant and Sao beach

Very good place”
The whole is beautiful and green. The rooms are clean and bright. The breakfast is delicious. The staff is helpful. The location is very good, many restaurants nearby. There are two close beaches - one is 10 min walking, the other one - 20 min but they are some of the best beaches on the island. We stayed there for 7 nights and we totally recommend it.
