Great location, friendly staff, homey vibe”
La Casa Teresa is located in Corong corong, El Nido which is about 3km from the town. The place is quiet and has an unbeatable sunset view. Rooms are cozy and clean. All the rooms have hot shower and air conditioning. They also offer free breakfast, which I must say is quite good. They also serve lunch and dinner but should be ordered in advance. The food is prepared by one of the owners and the serving is very generous and delicious! The best bit about the place is their friendly staff. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The manager and one of the owners' son Jeff are always at hand to attend to their guests' needs. The owner, is very accommodating. I was expecting a so-so experience because of all the not-so-positive reviews here; but my experience was nothing but stellar. The place is staffed with very friendly people. The owners are very accommodating and warm. Their hospitality is second to none. Room Tip: Room 7 and 8 have the best vistas. Rooms 1 and 2 on the first floor are on the beach front.

Good location, warmly welcome wonderful time”
la casa teresa is a small but newly built construction. the rooms are small but clean and practical, the location is good (a wonderful view of the sunset and the corong bay) but not for swimming. a good beach is, by the way, just 10 minutes walking away or 5 minutes by trycicle. the best part of the hotel is the people. the family who runs the thing is amazing, incredibly lovely and friendly. i spent more time speaking with them than going around for el nido. they even left me the kitchen for one evening and i cooked pasta for everyone :) if you're looking for an expensive and luxurious place, pass over, but if you want to spend your leisure time with wonderful people, this is the place for you. i will absolutely come back here next time that i will go in el nido :)

Unforgettable sunsets and friendly staff”
First of all do not expect a 5 star hotel. The rooms are basic with a very loud aircon. Breakfasts are tasty and they are served in an open air dining area where you can adimre the beautiful views. You can reach El Nido in 5 minutes by a tricycle (30 peso per person). Do not miss Las Cabanas beach which is also within a 5 minute tricycle ride from Casa Teresa. The staff can arrange Island hopping tours without additional costs.

Perfect cheap stay”
The view from the restaurant/bar is great! cheapest beer around as well, good wifi perfect little room. very clean, great AC, mostly warm water. Get a room away from the road as the curtains dont block out a lot of light. 5 min up the road from epic beaches, 10min into El Nido

Amazing staff”
Everyone at la casa Teresa was amazing from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. The rooms were ok but with everything in El nido you don't get what you pay for. There are no proper hotels the location of LCTR wad not so great but you can always catch a trike from the main road to the city center for about 30-50p. Their was one time we couldn't find a trike and one of the staff saw us on the road and he offered to go call us one. So he zoomed on his motorbike and waited with us till the trike arrived. Don't expect to much in el nidoin terms of luxury but do expect some friendly people.BTW if you would like your room made up you have to ask at the desk

A trip to paradise”
This hotel resort is one of the budget hotel with a great view of el nido. Breakfast is not something that you can look forward to but they offer unlimited free cofee in the morning. There are times that water and electricity stops but they can fix it. Overall, their location is perfect and our room is located where we can view el nido!

Nice family-run hotel”
Suits well for 2-3 days stay during your trip while you spend most of time at boat tours. Pretty new (part is still building, but it doesn't affect your rest); family is very friendly and really trying to do their best in terms of service. Breakfasts included. No own restaurant, but still they can cook some food for you during the day. Quite good restaurant is in neighbour hotel (just 10m away). El Nido village center is 10 minutes away on tricycle. Located straight on coastline, but in front of the hotel the bottom of the sea is not suitable for swimming. You should go about 100m right to find local public beach with a few people there. 100m up the road is local view-deck - nice for sunsets sighting.

Very good”
Good location if you want to catch the sunset from your hotel. Nice view area during breakfast. However costly going to El Nido town proper for tours and dinner. Trics' standard fare is 100 per way even tho the regulated fare is 25/head. Room is quite small with no cabinets for clothes (room similar to Sogo hotel), but i assume the standard room size is all the same in El Nido.

Call hotel to confirm reservation”
We booked our room about 3 weeks in advance, even though the hotel had no record of our reservation. This happened to other travellers as well. Therefore it is vital that if you book this hotel through Agoda you have to call the hotel directly to confirm. In my opinion it's definitely a good idea to stay outside of El Nido that can be a little noisy at times. It's a short (and cheap) tricycle ride in to El Nido from the hotel so no problem getting into town!

mixed feelings ”
The Casa Teresa is located at the Corong-Corong beach which is quite far away from the city center of El Nido (around 10 Minutes with Tricycle). Late in the evening it can be hard to get a tricycle back to the hotel. It is definitely not in walking distance to El Nido, I think it would take you at least 30 minutes to walk back to the place from the El Nido beachfront. (no streetlights!) The room itself was relatively small and shabby (the aircon was so loud that you could hardly sleep with it switched on, the bathroom wasn't very clean- it wasn't cleaned up during our 6 nights stay either), the beds were clean though. The 'Deluxe Room' is advertised as a room with space for 2 to 3 persons, which is definitely not true!! Maximum 2 Persons. Breakfast was basic, but okay. (pancakes, tea, coffee and toast with jam). If you reserve a deluxe room you have a beautiful view of the ocean from the terrace. There's also a little garden in the back of the house (you can have your breakfast there), with direct access to the sea. Since the sea is very shallow there, you can't go swimming. Also, we didn't realize in the beginning that around 20 minutes walking (5 min tricycle) distance from Casa Teresa there is the 'Las Cabanas' beach, which is the most tranquil and beautiful beach around El Nido. Don't miss out the sunset there, it is amazing!! All in all, the casa teresa is a cheap and calm place to stay if you don't want to stay in the city center. However, don't expect too much for your money. Also, there's only one pretty average restaurant in walking distance. The hotel itself doesn't offer food or drinks (except for breakfast)

Family orientated accomodation, good budget hptrl”
First the negatives. The hotel is a work in progress at this time, improvements being made at the time of our stay. Next door is another building project and the noise was distracting at times. No mirror in the bathroom and bed linen was barely able to cover our bodies. Mosquitoes can be a problem, suggest a good spray of insect killer before sleeping. Basic room but clean and value for money you are traveling on a budget as we were. Entry to hotel is down an unmade road, poorly lit. Enough said about accommodation. Electricity only works between 14:00 and 06:00 but apparently this is true of the whole town, if you want a hot shower you better rise early. Water supply is, consequently, affected. Distance from town is a pain but trikes are easilly arranged. Watch out for profiteering trike drivers over the Christmas/New Year period, they are prone to try and double, even treble the normal fare to or from town. It should be no more than 20 pesos each, definitely no mote than 30 each. Always check first before getting in the trike and take a picture of the trike, the driver can be reported. Now the good stuff! The owners are great people who will cater to your every need! From arranging a private boat tour to getting you a motorbike to hire and on our case looking after our kid free of charge whilst the wife and I went for a "date". We were treated as family, ate with them and were made to feel nothing was too much trouble. Home from home. Food was good, plenty of complimentary coffee, extra towels, BBQ food prepared for us, basically we were "mothered", in the best possible way! Thoroughly recommend this hotel for a budget end stay, bear in mind improvements are only temporary feature and will soon be complete. We loved this hotel and were sad to move on really!

Amazing sunsets and super friendly staff!”
I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is located right at the beach, however its hard to swim there. Absolutely stunning sunset view from the veranda at the 1st floor (only 2 Deluxe rooms). Room was clean and fresh, bed was comfortable. Small problems with the shower.

great locations but small rooms ”
the location of the casa teresa is about 3kms from the cbd. it has nice view of the island and water. but one always need trycicle to get to the township. the room is very nice but no air. inspite of the fan and air conditioner the air is stale and warm all the time, which make it so unhealthy. we both caught a bad cough and sinus. its a pity as the place is very nice and tidy and have a great sunset and water views. the owner must renovate the place and add windows on the upstairs rooms. the deluxe rating and value is not worth it. but to be fair el nido is not value for money when it comes to accommodations.

Great staff and good location”
We arrived super early for our check in (like, 2:30am) because we thought the cherry bus would take 8 hours. Henz, who's always working, greeted us and was able to fit us in for early check in for an additional night. They are super friendly. The room was basic with a 4 inch mattress, air, fan and a private bathroom. The shower doesn't have a curtain, so, the entire bathroom becomes wet. The place is half way between the bus stop and the Las Cabanas beach. We walked to Las cabanas every day. Town is a 60.00 php ride on the tricycle for 2. The place could is a little cosmetic lift but we were happy with it. Thanks guys for everything.

Excellent”
The Hotel is exactly as the pictures. The location in OK (close from the center and other beaches). The only negative point is the breakfast: they don’t have many options for tourists such as fruits (they only have bread and limited eggs per person). The other option available is a Filipinos Breakfast (rice, pork etc.) which for me doesn’t make sense once it is a hotel for tourists and tourists are normally from others countries. Besides that, we liked our stay there. They have a good wifi and generator for the electricity

Satisfactory”
Hotel didn't look like the ones posted on profile maybe because at the time of our arrival construction was going on around the property. Location was a bummer. It takes 10 mins to get to the center of el nido and some tricycles overprice on rides. But on the bright side, its away from all the noise. You get what you pay for when it comes to amenities. Comfy bed, Cool aircon, shower with heater, LCD tv, free towels and soap. But rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis. Don't except too much on breakfast meals. There's no menu to choose from so its literally a surprise everyday. Overall, experience is satisfactory.

New facilities ”
Perfect view, a little bit far from resto and center but near and overlooking the beach which is really refreshing especially if your from a crowded city, with buildings all around. Value for money too. Thanks

won't come back even if its for free!!!!!!!”
really badly. first of all the rooms are way overpriced, the room is not clean and even the best room in the hotel (the one we booked) doesn't have a proper toilet or location. you can get better deals in town. this room is in front of the common area where everybody is having breakfast, with just a glass door separation. at six o'clock in the morning people wake you up every day, if you want to relax and wake up later thats impossible here. i would say the staff was friendly until i realized i loved el nido, but this has nothing to do with my stay at la casa teresa beach resort. if it was for them i would never go back!
