Fantastic stay, simply delighted by the staff service and great room conditions. This hotel is centrally located just steps away from the Louvre and Metro station. Room design and furnishing are impeccable, can tell much thought (those from a perfectionist) has been put into the finishing touches. Almost everything that I could think of has been done right, and I could find no faults. Simply fantastic, and great job to all the staff and planners of Citadines Suites Louvre. Keep up the good work.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone, in fact 3 members of our party were staying at the Waldorf and felt the facilities we had were far better, so much so that when they return to Paris later this year they plan to stay at the Citadines-Louvre. Many thanks for a wonderful memorable stay.

Perfect location. The hotel was security safe. The room was huge especially for Paris.”
The room was perfect. It was big enough to fit all three of our large luggages. The staff were very helpful in all aspects and they speak English very well. I love how you need your room card in order to enter the hotel itself, the elevator, the stairs and the room. It seemed perfectly safe which I feel is not usual around other hotels especially boutique hotels. The location is perfect! Like a 10 min walk to the louvre, the jardin de tuileries.

The location is behind Louvre museum. It has good facility including sink and kitchen and laundry machine. And the staffs are really helpful and kind. They are earger to help you. If I visit Paris, I will stay here.

We like this hotel for the location; however price wise it is high for what it offers. Housekeeping was good but patchy. For the high price we paid, breakfast was not included, which was a surprise. Facilities are limited hence it cannot be rated 5 star.

Felt that the room was dated and in need of a upgrade. The bed was a fold out couch. the kitchen lacked basic condiments like salt and pepper. The bathroom was fine though water pressure could have been better. Internet in the room was free and speed was fine.
