Decent Resort”
Location is good , within the forest so good and pleasant. the quality of rooms are not that good. the breakfast is also not at all tasty. hotel charges 750/- for 2 hours before check-in also thats v sad. 2 hours is not much for charging extra. we have good options around . if not this resort is decent not good nor best.

Good Property with very good view”
Its located on extreme outskirts hence looks remote but you would love the stay here. Not very recommended for old people since its not plane but otherwise its good. Food was OK and not up to the mark.

My honest opinion The resort is good. Needs maintenance. Few rooms especially A2 & A3 category of rooms are not at all maintained. The games also needs complete overhaul. The only good part among the amenities was the pool. This was properly maintained. Food also could hav been nice. Very less options. In case any1 wants to book any room, pl ask for B3 and B6

Good place for Bachelors”
Pros Helpful staff Nice food Good view away from the crowd Would recommend for bachelors Cons Booked Delux room which turned out to be something much smaller than the photo shown in Agoda (10*10). The balcony is also not private. Access road to the resort is narrow and at one point just one car can pass. Hot water, power, TVs not working...issues needed follow up for resolution...was resolved but no proactive info. Could have been more proactive. Helpful staff but i think only 3 or 4 people are there to take care of everything. Hence delays and communication issues. Asked for room upgrade no response. Did not even call to check if we will be checking in. The people at the reception need to learn what customer service is all about. Its not just smiling and talking.

Pros: great location, ambience and views Cons: the rooms had a fungal smell and the linens and quilts had stains and smelled old Lousy kitchen staff. The restaurant took forever to serve just a coffee on all the days. We had to cancel and walk out of the restaurant after waiting for more than 45 mins for our coffees on the last day Extremely spicy food from the kitchen even though we continuously mentioned to reduce the spice levels.
