Great location in the heart of Susukino; great breakfast buffet with Japanese and Western options; amazingly friendly staff; has its own Onsen; super clean! Rooms are small, but I would stay here again especially for the price. Also right above a Family Mart, across the street from tons of restaurants, just by the shopping street and the avenue of beer gardens. It’s close to the Susukino train station but about a 20 minute walk to the Sapporo train station, though you can use the underground pedestrian walk to get there (which had TONS of shops and was amazing in itself).

Great hotel and onsen”
We think that the location couldn’t be better. And the style of this hotel was very nice. The room is typical Japanese size room but everything very convenient and the bathroom very modern and clean. The Japanese Spa (onsen) is really a bonus and i loved their style onsen. The breakfast was amazing and kots of choice. Loved it that they serve many healthy items. Salads and Japanese food. Lovely staff at the restaurant as well. And really a great hotel . I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Recommended hotel stay ”
Service rendered by one of the staff is superb. Didn’t manage to get his name. Followed us to the nearby carpark as we couldn’t figure out how Sapporo car park works. Checked in was fuss free as well , just a small mishap as the room has a weird smell and the same guy assisted us to change to another room. Apart from the smell everything is near perfect as i am someone who is ocd but find the hotel room very clean ! Lastly they have onsen in the hotel too ! I’m amazed even though I didn’t try it.

EVERYONE SHOULD JUST STAY HERE!”
Central location; attractions are easily reached either by walking or train. The rooms were clean, filled with dripped coffee for your morning kick out of bed and there is a family mart shop right beside the hotel which is accessible via a door right into it. NO NEED TO BRAVE the COLD. Lastly, their front office staff were amazing; they were so accommodative despite the slight inconvience of a language barrier. They had even translated a japanese-worded fortune slip that I got from the Hokkaido Shrine! Legends!

Great stay by accommodating and helpful staff”
The front desk staff are exceptional as one of them devoted significant time to help me speak to another representative at a hotel I was traveling to. She diligently spent almost 20 minutes on the phone helping me sort the problem out. I would not expect such service anywhere. Even as a Marriott titanium member, I would not expect that or have experienced that at a Marriott. Also, rooms and facilities were nice and clean. Comfortable.

Good value ”
The hotel is very clean and they only charge a 3 star hotel price. Probably because it is quite new. The breakfast is great and everything is cooked in that famous french cooking pod brand-STAUB. It is 16mins walk from the JR station and only 3mins away from the shopping area.

Central Location”
La'Gent Stay was nicely situated near the main area of Sapporo and a Don Quijote just a few steps away. The hotel also has an Onsen for hotel guets, which is amazing during a cold day out of exploring the city. The room is very clean and comes with a humidifier for those that require it.

Excellent service, Money worth, location, location, location”
The hotel just right on the Susukino, all round provide the need when you Travelling in Sapporo. The Tanukikoji Shopping Street just 5mins walk from hotel, the Don Quijote just 1mins walk, also, the family Mart just the 1/F on hotel , you can enjoy everything when stay here. The hot spring is excellent too, awesome the Deco, complimentary with the drink after Spa.

Location, clean, onsen bath”
Clean room and bathroom looks new! Bed is comfortable, location is close to Susukino station, Tanukikoji shopping st and many eateries. Hotel parking is expensive 1800yen per night but if you self drive and need overnight parking, nearby car parks charge around the same price at most 200 yen cheaper, if only you leave hotel before 8am and come back after 11pm then other car park would be 700yen cheaper. Have 2 onsen bath facilities in hotel , unfortunately didn’t open overnight thus I could not go this time round with baby. No early check in, can leave luggage at lobby and pick up later. Staff is friendly and helpful, assisted me making restaurant reservations. Overall recommended to stay with baby if you are particular about cleanliness.

Everything was pretty standard with good food, good amenities, good public bath, good service, etc. It's just that there's nothing to shout about this place and the bed was not the best. Would stay again because it's a really great bang for your buck. The izakaya and bar nearby are fantastic!

The staff are all well-mannered as you would expect. The room was spacious and the location of the hotel is great. A convenience store right at the entrance of the hotel, the restaurants across the street were also good. It’s also 3 mins walk to the shopping street and underground.

Close to odori park and susukino”
Pros. It was close to odori park, susukino, pole town, Tanuki koji street where all the action was. Can catch the bus from odori station to the Sapporo beer museum tour (number 88) Don’t get off at the sapporo beer factory if you want the beer tour. Cons a little walk from Sapporo station but you can catch the subway to the hotel one stop away at odori park or susukino.

Very clean and nice hotel, not small and they let our small children stay for free (11 and 7). Its few blocks from odori park and few blocks from susuniko.

Residential Room”
Loved it. Location was extremly central and walking distance to heaps of shops and transport. There's even a FamilyMart (convenience store) connected to the hotel Our room was large and had full kitchen and laundry facilities which was very handy. The onsen was an excellent addition. Won't hesitate to go back.

A comfortable hotel located in central sapporo, right next to tanukikoji and close to odori park too. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Parking fee was 1800en for 24 hours.

Amazing 4 nights stay ”
Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and polite. The hotel is connected to the local convenience store, Family Mart, a 15 mins walk to JR Sapporo Station and minutes walk to restaurants, shopping mall and Nijo Market. Love their indoor onsen and their DHC toiletries products.

Nice stay”
The location was good, family Mart right next door, nearby to restaurant, 2-3min walk to the tanukikoji street where it has donquijote, all the different drug store. Train station is fairly nearby too with just 5min walk to reach, underground shopping street is good to explore too.
