La Grande Villa is a cozy little villa in the hills, with a very homely atmosphere, that made for an amazing 4 day / 3 night stay for our family of three. It's a small lodge, with perhaps 3-4 rooms. Location-wise, it's a few minutes away from the city center, making it convenient enough to go into the city for any shopping, plus for traveling around to all the usual parks/attractions. It's far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and is a private place where you can experience a quiet, peaceful stay. By far what makes the place stand out is their amazing staff who are keen to help out in any way they can. The staff was courteous, and responsive to any requests. Had a few meals there which were good value for money, and tasty. Try to plan a breakfast in their garden! They villa has a beautiful garden, and cozy hanging pods for every room to sit and enjoy a coffee. Got a nice jacuzzi in each room for double the fun!

Overall excellent experience. Good Value for money. We were upgraded to family room for free. Shoes not allowed inside the Hotel. Slippers are provided to be used inside as they call it "Dust Free Zone". Slippers for kids should also be available. Food/Breakfast not up to the mark. Need to do better in the Kitchen.

Superb and friendly service”
I was here for my birthday this year and I truly, truly loved it. The place is beautiful, it is well placed so you can get to the town in minutes, and the staff are so friendly they feel like family. Given that there was a surprise element to my birthday trip, a lot had to be done without my knowledge and the staff went out of their way to get everything done from hiding flowers and cake to setting up tables out on the balcony and making the room pretty. We even had a "butler" for the day (Arul) who was sweet and unobtrusive in all his service. There were four staff members (who I really wish I had got the names of!) that we came into contact with and all four were fabulous. One of the best stays ever and would always want to revisit. No complaints whatsoever, only high praise!

What went wrong - 1. Villa in a narrow lane, don't go by the pictures they show. 2. As soon as you enter, you are asked to removed your shoes. Imagine entering hotel/villas and the sight of shoes. 3. They lock the entrance door after midnight. 4. The geysers stop working in midnight. 5. I told them that I have to leave @6 am one day, and the door was locked with no one to attend and kept me waiting for 30 minutes. Somehow my driver managed to find the sleeping assistant to open the door. 6. On my checkout day, I told them that I have to leave by 4 am. I was given false promises that someone will be there to assist. Again no one was present and and despite trying everything could not find the sleeping assistant. Finally I had to go to backyard , unlock other doors myself , open the entrance gate for the car to come in/out. Thank god i cleared my bills a night before, otherwise if I had left without clearing those, I would have been the one to get the blame.

Warm Stay at Cool Place”
We stayed at 23rd Oct 2022. We had everything they mentions in the description. There is a heater in the room to warm and walls are wooden to keep warm. Hot water and jacuzzi in the bathroom for wonderful romantic experience. Customer service is superb. worth the price we payed for the stay. Few rooms and small place with beautiful garden.

我们是蜜月旅行，所以选择了五星水平的酒店。房间设施环境都挺不错的，住的还是很舒服的。工作人员服务也很热情。唯一不足的是房间的事先检查可能还不到位，屋内两个落地灯都不亮，桌上纸巾用了两张就没了。不过也不太影响体验，总体来说酒店还是很舒适省心的，用了按摩浴缸，很不错。英式庭院也很有味道。

这酒店的风格我很喜欢，房间的装修结合了五星酒店的佈置和天然材料的装修，感觉很舒服，很有家的感觉，而且一进酒店就有管家給你換上拖鞋，把自穿的鞋寄存在前台，這對于有少許潔癖的我，真的為此酒店加上很多分，一來真的像回家一樣，二來可確保酒店每寸地方都是干淨整潔，服務員也打扮得整整齊齊，不錯的一家酒店，強烈推薦！
