Room is nice, location is awesome. Sticky floor with 1 tissue roll for entire stay, 2 smelly towels, almost no amenities.

Dirty & not as advertised ”
Too far from the main town. Apartment was filthy with not enough toilet paper or kitchenware. Pictures showed a washer and dryer in the room but the apartment didn't have them. Go elsewhere. A complete rip-off

Check-in at 15.00 pm, we arrived at 16.00, entering the room found that the room was not cleaned, the room was very dirty and the old mattress had stains. The sofa is smelly, the old towels and pillows are stains. It makes me feel like this trip is not fun.

Good location, condo not hotel ”
First of all this is a condo not a hotel. It is in a good location walking distance to the best 2 night markets in Hua Hin, Cicada and Tamarind. The premises are very nice with a great pool area. Negatives are the size of the rooms and no restaurant or cafe only a Tao Bin machine.

Room is nice and clean, pool is great! Its a condo so there is no room Service or Restaurant. But with Tamarinnd Market and Cicada Market right around the Corner there is plenty to eat. What i did not like was the air cons. They are very loud and strong and if i turned them down there is even a knocking Sound. My friend said the aircon was loud in her room too. It is new aircons so I'm not sure what the problem is, but please check and fix. But otherwise the price is great and the pool is great for kids too with a slider and shallow areas.

Fantastic 2 rooms apartment. Compact well equipped apartment. Bedrooms are spacious. 5-7 mins walk to main road for street hawkers, mini Big C convenient store & Seven-Eleven. Cicada Market & Tamarind Market open from 5pm on weekends only. 15 mins drive to Hau Hin Day Market, Night Market and Market Village Shopping Mall. This apartment is even more fantastic if it come with a clothes dryer or a washer cum dryer. Also if there are spare toilet rolls & trash bags will be good for users. The main road is quiet in the morning. We can only grab breakfast from convenient stores. We had a small issue with the digital lock with locked us up outside for 40 mins & finally managed to get in. Overall stay is epic. Love the apartment.

Room with view on construction site. They start everyday at 8 also on Sunday. They offered us a different room One floor up and same view and noice So that didn’t make a difference.

Short walk to beach, convenient store, Cicada market and Tamarind market. Stunning lobby and beautiful pool with slide. Nice room with wifi, smart tv, kitchen and washing machine. Just The hot water unit was not working. Still recommended for staying short or long term.
