Hotel facilities and restaurant is great. Food is very good and beautifully presented. That is good because there are no other restaurants nearby. The only minor thing was music in the bar area could be heard in the restaurant. Minor but could be easily addressed.

New and well-maintained, but location not great for independent tourists”
If you are specially going to Nei-Hu area in Taipei, this hotel is for you. Value for money, and very new facilities. The staff aims to please. E.g. the rooms, like most hotels in Taipei, are not equipped with heaters, as the winters are rather mild. However, my Wife has a low tolerance for cold. A call to the reception brought a portable (not quite powerful though) heater and a thick blanket (which the staff offered readily). The hotel is not near any MRT stations, so travelling to the city area can be quite a hassle. The buffet breakfast is a miss, but Taipei is home to many amazing breakfast and brunch options.

Outside is not much restaurant or convenience stores, also very far away from MRT station, but for people who driving car, its ok.
