Very basic hotel, freindly staff”
Hotel is a very basic one, deluze room is just a bedroom, attached bath and small tv. Have to request room service and fresh linens. Aircon was very loud, so had to turn off when sleeping, but ok. Hotel is run by a very friendly family, always willing to provide support, whether it be food, or to book activities. 4 min walk to Bulabog beach and about 10min walk to White beach. Area is quiet at night, as its a bit further from the party scene. Overall, its a nice budget hotel, but don't expect fancy amenities.

If you're in budget saver ”
The guesthouse is far from beachfront which you need to walk for about 3-4min. However, the place is far from noisy and crowded area in boracay. Also they need to improve their rooms like for the door knob, already spoilt

Cheap Hotel in Bulabog beach area”
The rooms are very basic and needs renovation especially the cabintes. The rooms are spacious though. It is a short walk to Bulabog beach. Do not be misguided by location in the map in this website. If you will look at the map, the hotel looks closer to white beach (Station 2) but actually the hotel is closer to the other side of the island which is Bulabog beach.

Good location and cheap”
Probably the best option in Boracay. It's in station 2, close to where all the fun happens but far enough to be quite. Besides it's very cheap for Boracay and super safe.

there are some little issues with the room.. the lock on the toilet door is spoilt and mirror are not fix to the wall.. but there's a working hot shower, clean toilets and room. and best of all the staff are good. ;) I might come back to stay there again..

1.2k ain't a deal here”
Decent, a bit far away from everything. You get a bed, bathroom, and you've-ever-heard A/C. In Boracay you ought to be tipsy, so you don't care about loudness. However, I can't imagine what would have happened if I had had a hangover --> sure thing my head would've exploded.

Ok budget stay”
Generally OK. Kind and helpfull stuff, wifi works, not far from Dmall. Things which need to be improved: - Cleaning the room with more detail (do not leave dirty glasses, make sure all trash is out, changing the towels is a must!) - air-condition works on 50% (slightly acceptable) - no available towels for 3 days due laundry delay - unacceptable! - locker on the main door need to fixed (hard to open and close) - not available extra room key (in case of loose the door must be damaged)

Poor Customer Service”
The staff and owner are not accommodating. We were never offered for any thing that could ease our stay - hot drinking water for coffee (we don't know if they have that anyway), helpful tips or info where to go and do in Bora, and are not pleasant (no greetings when you see them). If you happen to check out later than 12 noon, let's say 10 15 minutes, I suggest you take your time and check-out at 1pm because they will charge you 100 pesos per hour for late check-out anyways. No considerations.

It was not as good as the picture . Everything is old and outdated. But for those on a budget.it's okay. I tought that the beach near it is good but it's not. I still would walk every day just to go to the white beach.

Never Again”
The hotel was near station 2, which was the center of everything. When the hotel was booked, we requested if we could do an early check- in since we will check out early as well (our scheduled flight back to manila was 7 AM, Saturday). when we arrived there, we asked about the request for early check- in. The girl in the reception, immediately retorted that it was clear on the hotel details that check- in is 2 PM. That's why we REQUESTED for early check- in. So we decided to have lunch first and be back at 2 to follow the check- in time as insisted by the lady. The room was ok, but the airconditioning was so not there. The room never got cold. Never. In three nights, never did we have a cold room. If only we had other choices, we would have transferred hotels.

same linen for 9day stay,blocked sewer,nil housecleaning,roadbase or concrete more luxurious than the apparent deluxe suite i experienced,!avoid this hovel at all costs
