Deeply disappointed ”

We booked this place following great reviews, but unfortunately had disappointment following disappointment during our stay 1. After making the reservation we realised the bathroom was outside the room. It wasn’t mentioned anywhere in the website and when we asked to cancel the hotel declined; they did however offer us to upgrade the room for more money. Not cool. 2. When you pay at the hotel they charge you an outrageous conversion fee (19.5) 3. Money was missing from our safety box. We know it’s easy to blame, but in our case- we counted our money every evening; on the second evening 50$ were missing, on the third 100$ more. The hotel of course said they have no access to the safety box (however, they did open it for us with a master key on the first day when it got stuck. So much for no access). We were disappointed to see that the hotel’s response to our complaint was that “Mexico is a big city” and that the money was stolen outside of the hotel.
