This is my 2nd stay already, the first with my fiance. I was a solo traveller during my second visit & I still got the same hospitality and excellent service. Pick up from the airport, driver was very courteous and on time. Arrival and check-in was fast. I booked a massage but unfortunately no one was available that time but the staff still tried to look for one. Breakfast was buffet and tastes awesome! Room is clean, comfy and spacious. Near the airport and malls. Check-out, they really check everything and surrenders what u have left behind. Will definitely book them again when I go back to Legazpi.

the hotel was undergoing some repainting, so plenty of newspaper on the walls. Odd sound coming from the wall (banging) at first i thought the guest on the other room was doing something... 🥰 but later found out it come from the water pipes when you close the shower due to water preasure. But what i like most is the breafast it was GOOD! and at ₱200 a set it was great compared to other more expensive hotel.

Room is very big, can accommodate up to 3-4pax. But network signal is weak on rooms. Cable and Wifi not accessible during our stay due to tropical storm 3 weeks ago, still hotel did not fix the problem, because of service provider problem, hotel might have backup infra. But in other hotel and inns are with great network connections. breakfast area / lobby resto is too small for breakfast buffet. free breakfast or walk-in breakfast at 200php, is satisfactory.

Amazing experience. Free pick and and transport to airport... Furthermore they organized everything, our flight was early so they prepared us breakfast to go for free! They even called the agency for picking us up for the mayon vulcano tour.

Tiny bathroom”
It was a huge room with a very small bathroom, I always bump myself on the shower door getting out. No fridge, no view of Mayon Volcano, the doors are defective in the bathroom, leaking bidet, towels are old, and very limited seating area. And no table and chairs inside the room. Difficult to get a tricycle..The DRIVER of the shuttle bus is not helpful, but the rest the staff are okey.. Bonus part is the good breakfast, coffee and the front desk, coffee shop and cleaning staff, and no service charge.. thanks for the good service to me..

the staff kept on coming back to the room to assess to say that the water was warm, when obviously the hot water facility was not working. It would have been better that they were honest to say it is out of service If hot water is important for you, then better to contact the property before booking

The Best Hotel in Legazpi - service and standards”
Had a enjoyable stay at La Piazza, I travel with my wife and baby to Legazpi every 6 months so she can meet her family. I ussualy stay in 2 - 3 hotels in Legazpi. This occasion we stayed in a major hotel a new hotel and at La Piazza and decided in the future we will only stay at La Piazza. The main reason for this is we had great accommodation and everything worked well in the room at La Piazza unlike the other major hotel we stayed in, Great food and reliable clean food where we had a bad experience in one of the new hotels in Legazpi where we had a worm in the food and I had food poisoning the next day. We had 2 dinners at La Piazza one with my wifes family members and they were reasobaly priced and great quality food. The menu keeps changing all the time so this makes it better for a frequent traveller. The staff are friendly and goes out of there way to make sure they provide a good service. We also found when we want to go shopping or to the night club its only a short distance and safe to leave the kids with the grand parents to mind in the property. The type of clients who visit the property and the set up is very secure for overseas visitors.

My best friend and I had a very pleasant stay at La Piazza Hotel & Convention Center last weekend, 13-16 February 2016. The hotel's staff were very accommodating, pleasant, and helpful. Even connecting to the Wi-Fi, both in the room and hotel lobby, was blissfully hassle-free. The only thing we found missing in the room was a kettle for making tea and coffee, which the staff were quick to provide when we requested for it. I should mention that if you are traveling with your own car, the covered car park allotted to each guest room, adjacent to the guest room itself, is a big plus. I would definitely stay in La Piazza again, should I visit Legazpi City in the future, and would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to my friends and family.

Great Ambiance and service”
I was only there for 2 days, but the whole experience was great! The whole staff were very hospitable, they had free airport transfers, securities were respectful, the people in the reception area were all smiling and attentive to my needs and questions. the room's clean, and the choice of breakfast's GREAT! One more thing that I love is that you'll see the Mt. Mayon, right outside your room, the location's awesomely perfect! I'd love to stay again in La Piazza when I get a chance to go back to Legazpi. And I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends! Thumbs up!

La Piazza Hotel and Convention Center is located about 10 minutes away from the airport. You can liaise with Agoda to have transfer facilities. Service is superb. Staff are very accomodating. Breakfast buffet is good. You can arrange a tour package with the front desk who are very accomodating.

We stayed in La Piazza for 2 nights, what I can say is that it's good value for the money we spent there. Check-in and check-out was fast and smooth. Staff are friendly and are accommodating. The rooms were nice and clean, they make-up the room on a daily basis as well without you requesting for it. They also provide new towels, soap, toothbrush daily as well. Plus they provide complimentary mineral water daily as well. Breakfast was superb, you have plenty of set meals to choose from. Their staff was attentive as well, you don't need to ask for a refill, you'll just be surprised, they are right beside you asking if we want a refill. :) What they need to improve on is their wifi. We were located far from the lobby and i was getting unstable connection. I was only able to use the wifi when i'm on the lobby or during breakfast at the cafe. Nonetheless, it's nice to stay at this hotel.
