This beachfront Island of Flores hotel is 6 minutes’ walk from the Embarcadero boat pier and the Flores bust terminal. La Posada De Don Jose features free WiFi in public areas, coffee, and purified water. Great location the right side of the island. Allowed us on the room early am. Helped fixed the shower immediately and have since found that most showers are poor in Guatemala.

Quiet little place hidden at the back of Flores”
I paid for a dorm room, but it seems like most backpackers head to Los Amigos in the middle of the island so it meant I had the room to myself which was nice. Really helpful staff (Spanish only - which was fine), helped me book my tours to Tikal, but I paid more than some on the tour so maybe shop around.

Très belle endroit. Personnel au petit soin. Très propre. Très recommandable. Un seul point faible, pas de restaurant, mais il y a une cuisine et café gratuit dans la salle de séjour.
