Good room. Staff is unfriendly. The Onthego breakfast is a joke - a bottle of water with stale half-muffin. As in most American motels, they provide permanent accomodation to struggling families. Expect some dope smoking, drunks

No signage…. Nonsmoking room smelled like stale smoke. Very noisy…. Heard people coming and going through the night…. And through the walls. Although it was technically clean, old wornout bathroom looked pretty icky. Not really what I thought… but bed was decent.

Non smoking rooms smell like former smoking rooms. Furniture is old, mirrors are old and loosing reflective backing, coffee maker was missing its basket to hold the awful coffee grounds. Lobby bathroom broken, entrance way was so flooded that if you weren’t in a truck your car would be submerged traversing the water. On the go breakfast was a vending machine muffin, apple and bottled water. I’ve stayed in motels in better condition. The whole hotel needs a complete refresh.

Group of people in lobby and hotel staff yelling at each other when I went to check in. The police showed up soon after. My TV didn't work and after several attempts to get it fixed, I gave up. Whole place is run down and scary.

Dreadful and Dodgy Hotel”
This is a dreadful hotel. It might be cheaper but you get what you pay for. It's dank and dirty and the outside has dodgy people hanging around. It's just not a wholesome place to be. Looks like a hangout for druggies and unsavory individuals. Never again!!

The location is close to highway and breakfast is awfull and service poor. I would not recommend it for hollidays as it is a business hotel for one night

Cero in cleanliness, facilities are dirty and poor around. Just 2 starts because 3 employees Cera, Sonia, and Paritosh that worked at the front desk treated me with respect, the other 2 not, like the Thursday evening shift and the Saturday morning shift. There is not a free breakfast like the offer mentioned and I paid, it's an apple and a blueberry muffing. There is no bathroom available to the customers in the lobby, it's just for employees where not make sense. Stay sleeping in your car like the last option! Boca Suites in Deerfield next to the Best Western is clean and I recommend it. I am waiting for a credit on my credit card after the nightmare week that I have in La Quita. Stayed: 1-31-23 to 2-5-23

They for got to clean my room before my arrival”
I saw the other comments but still thought the price is ok an I will only be there for two days. Mir first night was unacceptable. They forgot to clean the room. It was to late for someone to clean the room so I had to sleep in a used bed. After the room was cleaned it was ok. And breakfast included means two small bluberry muffins.
