The rooms were clean everyone was friendly. very centrally located . the building could use some updating and parts were under construction. Had laundry and breakfast included so much nicer than motel 4 at a better price. We stayed 4 days at a weekly rate.

This unit is under reconstruction in some areas and poorly maintained. Staff is not friendly - probably tired of working with dusty construction all around. Maybe things will get better in a few months.

Bed sheets dirty, smelled cigarettes in a non-smoking room(supposedly), elevator smelled urine, outside stair wells not plowed off from snow, television not working. On the other hand, location is good, plenty of shops, stores and restaurant.

I had low expectations and I was still disabled.”
I am a traveling CNA and after I finished a 3rd shift I wanted to get some sleep at a place near the facility I worked at. I booked the room and when I went to check in at 1pm, I was told that they didn’t have any rooms available and to come back at 3pm check in. So I come back at 3pm and the lady at the front desk tells me that they still do not have a room ready for me. I was very disappointed because I am very and I don’t think that expecting my room to be ready by the 3pm check in is to much to ask for. I left again and came back at 4pm and my room was ready. What I did not like is how the housekeepers were standing at the front desk staring at me as I was checking in and then after the receptionist went over the paperwork with me the white housekeeper approached me and said that she wanted to make sure that I understood to non-smoking policy. I was offended that she would assume that I was a smoker because I am not. I am not a smoker of any kind. I wasn’t expecting excellent customer service and hospitality but I also wasn’t expecting the customer service to be this terrible. F.Y.I. I recorded videos of how the room looked before and after I left.
