This place is a pet friendly, I like it because we were with our dog. Also, they have a pool, and a free breakfast. The Laundry is across the street. There are a lot of stores, as a Marshalls, Ross, etc., pharmacy, food stores, food restaurants, also everything is close: Miami, Hollywood, The Flamingo Gardens, etc. We had a great time with my kids!

Don’t stay here ”
First I have to say that the $75 dollar that you have to left for deposit isn’t worth it. The pool it’s closed and the rooms had a lot of mold the tv was broken and the rooms had holes on the walls. But I have yo mention that the staff was super kind and professional they help us out and moved us to another room and they was really friendly. Have no complaints about the staff but the rooms was in really bad conditions.

This hotel was very run down. While the bedding was clean, the rest of the room and experience was lacking. For example the shower curtain rod was folded down so much that the shower curtain would not close, the ceiling in the bathroom was flaking large pieces of paint revealing the mold under the layers of paint. The carpet in the stair wells were nasty they I didn’t even want to walk on them. The elevator didn’t work, but they were trying to fix it late at night. Not one of the other entrances worked except for the main one. They all had broken locks / pad so they would not read the hotel key. So by the time you park your car along the side or back of the building you are forced to walk all the way around to get into the lobby. IMO this hotel would be ideal if it were to be gutted, rooms and bathrooms redone. They have taken the cheap way out by putting more paint on top of old paint instead of removing and fixing the underlying problem then putting new paint down.

Positive: Free parking, microwave oven and large fridge in room, and often (but not always) free coffee in the lobby. Negative: Room cleaning is apparently only once a week, probably due to COVID-19. Microwave oven and remote control for the TV didn't work. If it was cheaper I would have rated it better.

Mold, Female impersonators, Broken Elevator ”
The Male staff very helpful kind, I stayed there in 2021 elevator wasn’t working so I had to drag my bags in 3 trips up the stairs. The stayed wasn’t bad I was on the 3rd floor. Now 2022 I’m back for a 7 day tournament. I made reservations Elevator is still broke I had to drag my bags up the stairs again, after getting situated laid on bed, look at the ceiling it was covered with mold. Hallway smelled bad, then next day I was able to get a 1st floor room, I had to drag luggage back down the stairs. My room was really nice, however but I couldn’t sleep door are opening and closing all night. People were in the talking loud in and out of there rooms and no they were not checking in. Female impersonators all in the lobby and up and down the halls, it was like a zoo I kid you not. Lastly I was so tired one night went to sleep only to be suddenly woken up by someone tampering with my room window OMG I was petrified I screamed at the person and then ran to the desk. I couldn’t get a refund cause I booked my room through Agoda. Agoda stated that they would price match which is a lie and what the do, they give you credit for the money you saved by accepting their price and then Agoda gives you a credit in Agoda cash that you must use in 6 months. So you don’t save a dime, I’m grateful that I survived I’m home and well but so tired I only slept 2nights out of 7. I’ve never given a bad review before, but this was a nightmare and I promise I didn’t even tell it all.

Dirty. Trash in hallways. Melted wax and stains on carpets. Dirty furniture in reception. You have to ask for fresh towels and they grudgingly comply. Felt more like a homeless shelter than a motel.

Horrible Smell, Mold, ... Stay away”
There was a moldy, wet, horrible smell in the whole second floor where I was. The elevator was broken and there were always people hanging out in the hallways. There was a huge fan trying to blow out the wet carpets from the nasty smell. It didn't even seem safe. I wish I could get a refund - not worth saving a few dollars to stay here.

THE WORST LAQUINTA!!!”
I have stayed at plenty Laquinta 's before, but this is the WORST!!! Room was not completely cleaned, the wash clothe has stains on it. My reservation included free breakfast, but there is no food at all. The night front desk guy was cool, but the 2 in the morning told me when I called bc the room only has 1 conditioner and no shampoo that I would either have to go find the maid on the floor or come down to the front desk to get it... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I should've went with any other Laquinta in the area that was basically $10 more bc I know everything would've been better. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Usually the best price in the area for a "no big expectations" overnight stay. I appreciate the free breakfast but there is no protein most times and when there is, it is a hard boiled egg, shell on. I will return.

Best for value in the area”
This hotel is NOT a 5 star lux resort and you need to know this before booking. If you are looking for reasonable accommodations at reliably the best price in the area, look no further. Hotel is dated, needs some up keep but beds are comfortable, good cable line-up with good sized TVs and complementary breakfast goes a long way. From a protein line-up, only hard boiled eggs and no mini omelets or sausage like other La Quinta's. Plenty of carbs (bagels, muffins, waffles, toast, juice etc.). Any issue I had was immediately resolved by hotel staff (I was missing a TV remote). Pool was non-functional so far in Jan and Feb. I have about 15 nights at this hotel over 2 month period and just booked another week coming up.

Habían unos huéspedes que no saben que en un hotel no se debe hacer ruido en la madrugada, porque hay personas descansando, se debe colocar avisos de hacer silencio, por la pandemia no había desayuno, así que deben indicarlo al momento de hacer la reserva, el ascensor no servia tuvimos que subir 3 pisos con maletas, niños y una persona de la tercera edad. Quería pagar en efectivo y no fue posible, solo reciben tarjeta de crédito.
