Was a use soap there and few women hair in the bed plus they will not clean your room till you ask about it and all what they will do change towels and take trash thats it.. Just weird there no housekeeping there at all

Good, safe, ample parking. Exterior of the structure is clean, well maintained, and has upkept aesthetics. Check in desk persons are efficient, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Card key to door worked, clean, all facilities worked, no Burgas, no stray bc air, no cigarette burns anywhere. Nothing broken or malfunctioning.

Things that are broken, are not fixed. Not a single ice machine in the building was working. Four non-working ice makers. The curtains in our room : the hem had fallen out and they were very nasty.

Old but pleasant - like us”
We had to take a new route to our home in Florida to avoid the aftermath of hurricane Ian so found ourselves at the Franklin LaQuinta. The room was big, clean and comfy, it was walking distance to Cracker Barrel and the pool/hot tub area was dramatically lit and welcoming. Our only complaint was a funky smell in the hall like curry. Otherwise, it was fine.

Room and bed had carpet stains, pillows have never been changed ever had stains all over them, bedding never changed stains all over them, we have photos to prove it just go to good you will see the photos

If you're okay with filth...”
We arrived and were assigned a room in the third floor. Upon inspecting the bath, I found a score of public hairs in the tub and dried urine on the rim of the toilet. I reported this to the desk, and got an eye roll for my troubles. We were moved to the 2nd floor. The room was cleaner (still had to rinse hair out of tub). Our daughter took a room on the 1st floor. It smelled heavily of animal. Not fun.

Pet Friendly Comfortable Stay”
We stayed over night with our 2 boxers. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only noise we heard all night was from the freeway and that was to be expected since the hotel was built conveniently off the interstate. Otherwise the stay was exceptionally quiet. Excellent value if you are traveling with pets.
