May stay was good but the staff wasn't. There's a sign at the pool that says no animals and there was a dog laying on a pool chair. I reported it to the blond guy at the desk and he said he would tell them, but he stuck his head out the door and said nothing to the couple and came right back in. When I saw this I asked him why and he said that the dog wasn't barking, there was no one around them, and it's a dog friendly hotel. I told him none of that matters, they still have to follow the rules especially since I am allergic. The lady behind the counter said she would tell them and she did and they left. I also needed a lamp from the 1st day I came to the hotel on February 13th but on my last day, 5 days later, never received it. Dogs are not allowed in the pool area lying on pool furniture. Staff should follow the rules.

I had prepaid for my room for 10 days and upon arriving the night clerk said he needed a credit card to keep on file. He said nothing would be charged to my card but then he actually charged it for over $650. How do you mess up and charge a customer for a room that's already paid for? Now the staff are telling me it could take 3-5 days for the money I need for my vacation to be put back on my card. The staff said it depends on my bank but my bank says the money will be deposited instantly when the refund is started. Of course there is no manager here yet and the lady at the front could not expedite the refund. Also the breakfast is absolutely horrible. No hot eggs or bacon. Just nasty muffins, cereal and severely over cooked and cold boiled eggs. Worst La Quinta I have ever stayed at. At least the lady at the front desk this morning was helpful and polite. Also having only one treadmill and an elliptical and calling it a fitness center is false advertising. Day 3: There were no towels at the pool and when I called the front desk about it I was informed that I could come up front for them. Day 4: House cleaning came and took all my towels from my room without leaving more. My gf went up front to ask for more towels and the desk clerk told her someone was bringing towels to the room. Almost 2 hours later I had to go back up front to get the towels. Day 5: The trash outside is overflowing the trashcan the hotel hasn't emptied for the whole time I've been here. Breakfast is still nasty cold and overcooked boiled eggs. OJ ran out two days ago. Day 6: The hotel charged my credit card $653.57 again for a room I already paid for almost a month ago. The Manger told me when I paid for my reservation through agoda the rates were wrong (agoda offered me a discount) and the hotel's computer system was trying to charge me the difference. The problem was fixed immediately and the manager was very apologetic but I always had use agoda and always stay at la quinta and this has

We loved our stay in the hotel (5 nights). Very good location, close to the bus and restaurants, room is big and have very big beds. The only problem was net connection- we didn’t have it in our room but we were so tired after visiting parks that it was not a big problem. Recommend this hotel definitely!

Goed gelegen motel (vlak bij Universal) met zwembad. Kamers zijn OK maar er is geen lift en het tapijt van de trap is vuil en versleten. Ontbijt is beperkt en zeer druk. Goede prijs kwaliteit als je bijna niet in n het hotel zit… PS: probeer zeker eens het restaurant Red Lobster aan de overkant vd straat.
