Do not stay here for a clean stay. Everything felt yucky. But I will say the staff and location to airport were great. I stayed only 1 night and I would not stay here again.

Rudest manager ever”
I check in. Made a complaint to the front desk to remove a bag on the smoke detector and it was never done then the manager puts us on a do not rent list! She’s the rudest person I’ve ever met in the hospitality industry.

Hi Amanda! I'm not sure why you are reviewing a stay at our property, as you did not actually stay here- this is against the terms and conditions that you accept when you post a review for a hotel. For that reason, I will be requesting that Agoda remove this review as it is unfounded. I was very polite when I explained to you that I was unable to honor your booking and would agree to refund you in full. This is because you are on a company-wide do not rent list. I do not know what smoke detector you could be referencing as you were not able to check in to my hotel- could you possibly be reviewing a stay at another hotel?
Not worth the $ ”
We got this place at the last minute on a road trip when previous plans fell through. Although it was cheap, I still feel like we overplayed. We were places in the Accessibility room which made me sad since neither of us are in need of those services. The paint was chipping, the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work, the low battery sign on the thermostat was blinking, and the shower was not cleaned properly (it had first streaks and hairs in it). In addition, the employees hung out in the lounge directly across from the room and since the walls were thin we both had to put headphones in just to sleep. I felt sad that someone who required and ADA room would experience such a difficult stay due to how that room was poorly maintained.

Great for Families”
The staff is welcoming. We enjoyed the pool. The breakfast had eggs, waffles, granola, oatmeal, yogurt, and more. We stayed at this location twice. It is near restaurants and an indoor playground called, Bodies in Motion. We enjoyed visiting the Boise Whitewater Park!

We needed a place to stay at the last moment. Great price! The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom had plenty of soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
