Start your day off right with our Free Hot Bright Side Breakfast, featuring eggs, turkey sausage, make your own waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, bread, bagels, sweet baked goods, assorted juices, tea, and coffee.
The Breakfast is served Monday to Friday from 7 AM - 9 AM, and Saturday to Sunday from 8 AM - 10 AM.
Pets are allowed for an additional charge of USD 25 per night per pet.

Hotel was close to the train station I got off the Amtrak train and walked 7 mins to the hotel no cab necessary. The staff was nice and check-in was FAST!!! My room was clean, the bathroom was spotless.. I will come to this hotel everytime im visiting Chicago

Great over all experience only complaint would be the shower was not hot & refreshing. Tried multiple times. Morning afternoon night and the water was only luke warm. So we were disappointed about that. Being cold In Shower is not fun! But other than that is was nice and a good value.

Excellent location, nice breakfast”
We were able to walk to all the loop locations we were interested in, and were about half a block from the L train, so easily able to get around in the city outside the loop. Perfect if you are interested in the city more than the hotel, which we were. The service was pleasant and competent; the food was nice but not extraordinary. We did notice that the weekday breakfast was nicer (more fruit) than the weekend breakfast, at least during our stay. We would gladly stay again.

Great stay!”
I was able to check-in an hour earlier, staff was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is safe, nobody can access the elevators without the key card and after midnight you can access the main door only with your key card. The only downsides are, they don’t have complimentary water in every room and the breakfast is still not available although we paid for a room with breakfast included.

Stay was good, good value, felt safe & clean. But the showers were not hot. Not very enjoyable trying to shower is barley warm water. This was at multiple times in two diff rooms. So that was a turn off.

Exceptional”
When we arrived at the hotel,we were given a room on the 7th floor. As we opened the door the room was not ready, no sheets on the bed .dirty sheets on the floor.I went back to the desk and told them. They apologized and moved us up to the 9th floor and a much bigger and better room. So happy they took care of us.

Nice location but the staff..”
Location is safe and nice, surrounded by many restaurants and attractions. One of the front desk staff sounds like I owe him one hundred dollars. I asked if they had toothpaste he told me to buy from the Walgreens near the street corner.

Unaware Traveler”
This was a nice hotel. I overlooked to downtown location which made parking a nightmare. Cost was $16 for less than 12 hours. So although the hotel is nice and well kept be aware of the location

Mold on Shower Ceiling”
Location is great being right downtown but when we took showers the next morning realized there was black mold on the ceiling of the shower.
