Comfortable and value for money”
The front desk staff were friendly. The room facing to courtyard was quite and big enough for a family of 4. Though we were just a couple. The only issue was the room door was difficult to open. We've to try to slide the key a few times for the door to be opened. Besides this everything is good. There is 2 nearby walking distance restaurant Ruby Tuesday (which we didn't try) and Italian DiCicco's restaurant which we ate lunch and dinner ( It's recommended ). The waffle provided for breakfast was good. I have it everyday during my stay. Recommended.

We had one night in Denver. The hotel was close to plenty of places to eat and the rooms were clean and well presented. Breakfast was okay. Some toast would have been good.

Beds was to hard in my opinion. Could not sleep and had a headache and backache in the morning. Had to leave before breakfast. It would be nice if you had snacks for us that have to be at the airport at 3 am.

Issues!”
Ever get to the 5th floor and your keys don’t work? Then join a line at the front desk because no one else’s keys worked either? This went on all evening as I passed the front desk and it is not a new issue. It has been cited in past reviews. This is after I got stuck in the parking lot that was glare ice and a foot of snow in places and had to be pushed out. That is when I saw the “pay for parking” signs, a new “program”. That will be the day I pay for parking at a cheap hotel with no maintenance or security. The overall sense was “we don’t care about customer experience” with our facilities or equipment. There are better properties nearby.

My things were stolen!!”
I left a pair of glasses, my insulin pen, the insulated bag and an ice pack. I know I left it all because I remember putting it all away when I got into my room. I had to leave early in the morning and was tired and jet lagged and just forgot to grab it. When I contacted the hotel, I was told nothing was found in my room!! The total cost for those items was well over $500. I have spoken with two different staff members now and they both deny the items being left in the room.

It’s ok”
The hotel was fine just some weird things: it’s almost as if it’s just not maintained well. The faucet to the shower was so hard to turn you almost have to do a workout just to turn it on and off. Toilet was hard to flush too. Had to hold handle down until it was completely flushed. The TV kept changing the station every 20-30 minutes. Could not figure out why. The hot tub timer didn’t work. Could sit in hot tub and it was hot but no bubbles. Breakfast was blah.
