I needed to get out of town for a little me time. I got a great deal with Agoda. I was shocked to see how nice the hotel was. Of course, there's a little old furniture here and there but, it was clean, the mattress was comfortable and the rooms are so quiet. So, happy I found this hotel. Truly made my stay

Went through Agoda. Stayed at this hotel 1 month earlier. Because I was very satisfied with the hotel at a very good price I made my reservation immediately with Agoda. At least I thought that's what I was making reservation for the same price. But the price was higher when I got to the hotel than was quoted on line approx. $20 higher per night with tax. My confirmation sheet didn't have any price on it at all. The address they had for me was Bankok needless to say never been to Bankok. Pleasant stay at this hotel disappointed in the higher price without notification.

We have travelled in America 4 times and have found the La Quinta Inn Hotels a brand to trust and this one was no exception. Location, room size and facilities, staff, breakfast, parking presentation all met our expectations and made or time there restful, pleasant and secure.

1st rm door would not close. Dresser draws were broken only one was working. Moved to another rm dresser was broken just like first rm. Have never stayed in a hotel like this before. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Little Rock.

So we had to buy our own face towels and toilet paper. Apparently they're short staffed and short on everything. The room was nice size and the dogs had a space of they're own. If you're looking for a space to crash for a night go for it. Anything longer reconsider another location.

there were no problems checking in. however, the room was definitely not cleaned currently. there was still trash in the room, spilled liquid in the night stand, the window had face prints of previous guests. the TV would not work using Dish, you could only play YouTube. the plug in on the night stand didn't work.

Parking in the garage seemed risky. We intended to park on a higher level since our room was on the 10th. NO ONE parked above the 2nd level, finally squeezed into a spot on that level. I do not think I have ever waited for slower elevators. There seems to be an ongoing issue with their fire alarms and we got a RUDE awakening at 7am but no directions to evacuate or stay put. We decided to hastily grab our things and hit the stairs. I felt bad for the one front desk clerk as many were trying to get the hell out of there. No apologies were offered, like to them it was just a normal morning while my heart was still racing not knowing what the hell was going on. Would NOT recommend this location.

Laundry was located at the top floor where the flooring looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time, and there was only one washer and dryer. Elevators smelled like vomit and had trash everywhere. Parking garage was not monitored very well. One lady had her car broken into. Garage itself smelled like pee and had people doing drugs and asking for money. Cleanliness did not seem to be a top priority and since we are in the middle of a pandemic it was a little concerning. There were rooms with 10 or more people in them throwing parties and trashing the hallways. The motel 6 we stayed at was ten times cleaner and the security was very good.

Disappointing”
You can tell this used to be a good place at one point because the building isn't designed to be roach motel, but whoever is in charge is trying to turn it into one. There's trash in the elevators, the carpets and furniture have stains and cigarette burns, the internet doesn't work, there are employee cars parked in the way to the only entrance to the parking garage, there's no hot breakfast, the faucet leaks, the hair dryer doesn't work, yadda yadda yadda. The culture of the place is one of willful neglect.

Not a Great Experience”
My wife and I stayed here for a concert. When we were checking in we had issues due to the lack of room for vehicles during check-in. We finally were able to check in and park. My wife went to the room while I was parking the car. On my way into the room she advised me that the room was dirty. The bed was not made, there were crumbs on the bed and table. We went to the front desk and was given a new room without any issues. When we got into the room a large portion of the threshold was missing and some of the tacks that hold the carpet where showing. We went ahead and stayed in this room do to the issues with the first room. We didn't want to be those people. We went to the concert and then returned to the hotel afterwards. It was late and the garage was getting full, so we had to park on the second level. Since it was only one flight of stairs, we were going to go down the stairs. We opened the door to the stairwell and there was nothing but trash and filth on every single stair that we were able to see. The odor coming from the stairwell was possibly the worst thing I've smelled in my life, and I have been to a place that renders food waste into pig feed. We got on the elevator and shimmied the whole way down like the cable was going to snap and drop us to the bottom.

Didn't get the room reserved and paid for with no compensation. Room was dirty and smelly. Parking garage was atrocious. AC unit was noisy and prevented sleep had to turn off.

This place is dirty there is trash in litter all over the hallways, and I'm pretty sure people are living in here full-time through some kind of program. I booked a pet friendly room for my small dog and I in the carpet had fecal and urine stains all over it.

DISGUSTING and DANGEROUS”
The photos for this LaQuinta-Wyndham in NO WAY MATCH the current state of this hotel. -the driving lobby entrance was blocked by orange cones for 'safety' and guests had to park and unload on the parking garage entrance ramp creating chaos -parking garage stairs mostly unlit, trash-filled -poor/dim lighting in the lobby, angry/screaming/profane guests attempting to bully the lone, young, female clerk because of no towels in room and parking entrance issues -lobby bathrooms locked due to 'the homeless' -smelly, trashy elevators -carpet in rooms were covered with stains and cigarette burns -dirty headboard and curtains -dank smelling bathroom without no scent suggesting it had even been recently cleaned I've stayed at several LaQuinta-Wyndham properties over the years in addition to doing online bookings for an overnight stay. NEVER has there been such a surreal and startling disconnect from the online description and reality. My grandmother would've called this place a FLOP HOUSE due to the stench of cigarettes, alcohol, and weed.

Staff was not helpful. You need to get everything at front desk by yourself. And the hotel doesn’t provide hairdryer, quilt, and tissue boxes.
