This hotel cost us nearly $200 for a night, which I believe is too much to for the quality. Sheets had stained, room smelled like wet dog, pool area was dark and the hot tub water was cloudy. Breakfast was very basic and not very good. La Quintas are usually around $100/night, which I believe would be a much more appropriate price point for this one

“Poor Social Skills by daytime front desk managee”
The night crew is great! Put me in a wonderful room on the ground floor which made it so nice traveling with my support dog. Breakfast lasts till 10 am which makes it great for getting a little extra shuteye, and the food is good. But the front desk day manager was rude and practically called me a liar after I had been granted 30 extra minutes to check out by one of his employees (who was very gracious). He created quite a scene outside my door, and yelled at me for letting go of my dog's leash while trying to haul bags outside the room in order to hurry up and get out. It did not help that he called this employee at home to check my story, although he seemed quite proud of himself for doing so. I have never been treated as badly by a hotel employee in my life. I am sorry because this means I won't stay here again, and this was my second multi-night visit as I am moving back to Oregon, and my move in June, when I first stayed multiple nights, was disrupted by my mother's death in Franklin, Tennessee. Other than this experience, the hotel is comfortable and a great location next to a beautiful park. I will miss it.
