Hotel is dated with some stains here and there, but sooo much better value, price and amenities, than other "discount" hotels. Central Florida location and quiet.

Its an okay place if you're just looking for a place to sleep for a night. It needs updated. Just gives me the feeling of being in the 80s all over again. You can tell the building is older.

Failing Grade”
It had been a long time since I’d stayed at a LaQuinta Inn and it will be a much longer time before I try again. Best described as blah. My best suggestion is if you drop anything on the dirty, stained carpet, leave it. The toilet would barely flush. The counter top had not been properly cleaned.

Not a good choice”
Not my best choice!! I arrived and the front desk couldn’t find my reservation, even after paying everything few days ahead of time. Waited 30-45 min then had to call customer service. Then got into the room and in the bathroom the tub was full of burn marks and the shower curtain had mold and the ceiling had melded on it and the sheets were stained. Unfortunately to me this is unacceptable especially for Covid times. Breakfast was supposed to be setup open at 7-10am however there was a few prefilled bowls of tasty o’s and a carafe of milk. It wasn’t setup until 8/15.

I’d pass and find something down the street ”
As everyone said and I should have taken heed, it’s an old building. Rooms smell like mold covered with Lysol spray. The bed had orange stains all over the sides. I didn’t dare peek at the mattress top. The bathroom was rusty and chipped so we didn’t use the shower and got one when we got home. Crash and leave is what we did and it wasn’t like it was a 50. Room. 3times that is what we paid. Not worth it.

Very convienent to Fairgrounds but the minute you walk through the door it wreak of dirty. Walls floors old furniture stained carpet in the halls. My air was set at 60 and bairly cooling. I looked out my window and the pane of glass was not secure in the frame. Don’t forget your clorox

This place is disgusting!!! It should be shut down !!! The entry way is disgusting and the smell hits you as soon as you walk through the door ! The pool is nothing anyone would or should swim in ! Why anyone would want to stay here is beyond me ! I immediately canceled my reservation as soon as i pulled into the parking lot ! Comfort Inn just 2 places down was a palace compared to The Laquinta!

Normally I would not take the time to write a negative review. However the front desk here lied to me about being willing to give a refund. The room was not ready for a new guest. Tub covered in soap scum, more over there was all kinds of hair in the bed. Short hairs, long hairs, curly hairs. The front desk offered another room, this bed had MORE hair in it than the first one. The front desk told me that they would be willing to give a refund, however after I left they refuse to do so and are threating me to leave them alone.

Not the cleanest but durable. Carpet wasn’t kept up to par, the room was ok but not the tidiest, tub/shower wasn’t draining so you’ll be standing in water while showering. TV and all other appliances were unplugged so we though everything wasn’t working. Just wasn’t as pleasant as expected but durable.

Durch die Rezeptionistin und das Cleaning Personal wurde mir ein etwas früher Check-in ins Zimmer ermöglicht. super sauberes Zimmer und das Bett war total bequem. Ausstattung relativ neu und okay für amerikanischen Motel Standard. Wegen der Nähe zum Casino ausgesucht und dafür einfach perfekt.
