Perfect Location. Clean hotel”
Hotel room was clean and quiet.. Even though my booking was for a double bed room with fridge/micro I did not receive.. Other than that the hotel was very decent. I would stay again

Not bad for the price, but not very good either”
Stayed a night before a 7:30am flight from Tampa airport. The place smelled old, probably from old walls. The sheets on the bed were clean though. My room was located on the second floor, without an elevator. So I had to carry my luggage up the stairs. I would stay somewhere else if I had to stay near Tampa airport next time.

Close to airport and food”
Hotel is within walking distance to food and a large mall. It's a short drive to the airport. There is a cool park/beach access spot down the road (Cypress Point Park). Room was ok...it smelled like dirty feet in the bathroom and the smoke from smokers outside came right into the room. I'm a non smoker, have young children, and pregnant so it was a pretty unpleasant smell for us. Pool closed at 7 so we missed swim times but the beach spot beat the pool! One staff member was above and beyond! She allowed us to store our luggage behind the counter so we could explore a bit before check in and again after we checked out and were waiting for our flight.

Looks like there in the process of updating this location panting ect, the rooms are dated and condition is kinda rough. We stayed here for the pet option. Otherwise, it was okay.

Horrible”
This inn was not at all what I expected. The office staff was helpful however the housekeeping staff was horrible. Pleasant ladys but did not do there job..at least when it came to my room. Never came to my room to freshing it up at all in the 2 weeks i was there. I had to get my own fresh towels, toilet paper..take my own trash out make my own bed..etc the only time they went in was when i was furious and complained to management about it. And even so they finally came in and only made the bed and vacummed. Nothing else..i had to ask for fresh towels garbage bags and have then clean the bathroom . which never got done. Plus I found a dead roach in the bathroom sink. The Only convenience is its down the street from the tampa airport

Rude front desk staff ”
One of the reasons I chose this hotel was for the inexpensive price and free hotel shuttle. On all of my confirmation emails, it said the hours the shuttle runs. No phone number to call to schedule a shuttle pickup, no information stating anywhere that you need to schedule your own shuttle pickup. After waiting at the airport for 10 minutes, I had to struggle to find a phone number for the hotel - this wasn’t easy to find. I called and asked if I need to schedule a pickup - the lady on the phone was incredibly rude and talked to me as though I was stupid for not knowing I would need to schedule it myself (despite it not being anywhere in any email or website info). So I scheduled it, and her attitude and rudeness did not stop there. Continued negative attitude. The shuttle driver was nice. Then I checked into the hotel with the same lady from the phone - I could tell from the attitude she was giving. She said she was charging me an incidental fee for a rental car - I told her I didn’t have a car and she just responded “ok.” So why do I have to have an incidental charge for that? Every question I asked was received with a sigh and attitude-filled response. The room was not that clean and there was hair in the tub and bathroom. The “continental breakfast” consisted of either packaged muffins or packaged oatmeal. I can put up with a lot and am not a picky person - but rude customer service is the reason I wrote this review.

If you want a place to crash and don’t mind the lack of cleaning service, unwelcoming rude staff and breakfast with only limited bagels .. is the place for you … 5 mins to TPA airport and lots of places around … BUT I will rethink staying again!

Room had stained lamp shades, tile floor in bath room had moldy grout, bathroom mirrors needed resilvering or replacement. Overall, an outdated motel that needs a massive update.

Stayed twice and both times didn't get room I paid for and they did nothing about it. I asked for extra pillows and.they told me.because of covid I couldn't get any. Funny I said just got extra last week. Sorry 3 small pillows aren't enough for king bed with 2 probem. Great place for any flight 5 minutes away

Horrible service and lack of cleanliness”
Very dissatisfied. Had to be moved twice. The first room smelled horrible and had gnats. I was in the shower in the second room and a bed bug was on the wall. The third room was better. It had rust stains, mildew on the shower walls. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay at this location

We didn’t even stay there. Looked really unsafe. Not well lighted. Had a group standing by front door. No security in sight. Not even close to the picture. We paid (again) to stay somewhere else. Have now associated Wyndham name with sketchy. Will never book at another motel/hotel associated with this name. If a -# was available that’s the rating we’d have used.
