Pathetic hotel and worse front office.”
Lots of friends suggested not to stay at La Quinta but I didn't listen to them....I should have. The front office was pathetic......in was made to wait for 20 mins before the staff addressed me though the lounge was empty. The room given was different to what was booked....the amenities missing. I was travelling with small kids....still the front office manager ( Tariq i guess)didn't consider my request. The breakfast was not refilled... 5 mins before closing time The same front office manager refused to refill the coffee machine saying the time is over. Though the other older lady was very sweet and she organised the coffee....but inhale a feeling that the manager had a word afterwards with her on the same. Net net....Don't stay here

This location is undergoing a remodeling with only the exterior completed. The room was adequate for a night or two but this location seems to have many "Full Time" occupants that made us feel uneasy. The provided breakfast was very limited although the room was bigger than most. We chose not to have breakfast there and I will seek other accommodations if we return to the area.

The hotel was decent. You get what you pay for. With that said, the breakfast was good, hard boiled eggs, waffles, cereal, bread and muffins, toaster, fruit, juices and coffee. The room was clean and typical. No coffee maker which is disappointing. If you are going to Busch Gardens and don't have very yound children, I recommend walking instead of paying $30 for parking. You can just drive to one of the closer restaurants or plaza and park and walk. My 14 year old and I walked from the hotel room to the ticketing and it took 30 minnutes, but 13 of those minutes were in the park getting to the actual entrance.

The two night clerks were rude, didn’t know what they were doing. The hotel was dirty. No shampoo, no towels, Dirty. Bad experience. Rent somewhere else. Lots of other hotels in area.

We booked 2 queen beds and ended up in a king size bed with a sofa bed that wasn’t the most comfortable but it was only for one night and we did an early check in. So it balanced out.

The hotel was a basic 2 star hotel. It was clean and provided a a complimentary breakfest. The pool was not heated and cold. It was a good value for the money.

Very disappointed ”
The room was clean however one if the most important aspect of the room was overlooked It didn’t not have the water turned on. I could not shower When I called to ask for someone to turn on the water they said they was no one that could do it. They wanted me to switch rooms at 11:30pm Why is there not 24 hr maintenance on the property. I would have had to re pack everything which would made me have to unpack again Very disappointed for the money they are charging per night you would think the service would be better. Even in lesser quality hotels they have a staff that assist with something as simple as turning on the water

I know it may seem convenient because the theme park is right across the street however there's 2 other great hotels in the vicinity as well... HOLIDAY INN AND SUITES is one of the locations I remember. PLEASE LET THIS BE YOUR LAST OPTION
