Peaceful Location”
We stayed at La Sagrita both at the beginning and end of our vacation in India. The hotel arranged for a cab to pick us up at 3 a.m. and late arrival was no problem. The hotel is in a very exclusive, leafy neighborhood in South/Central Delhi. It was easy to walk to the end of the street and grab a tuk tuk to any location. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was a great option for breakfast and some dinners at the hotel.

we had a very enjoyable stay at La Sagrita and will definitely stay again next time we visit Delhi. The bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful and the shower was fantastic.However, the best aspect is the location in a very nice part of Delhi, close to attractions and Khan market. Breakfast was included and offered good choices for both a Western or Indian breakfast.

Mr. Ahuja definitely made us feel welcome, and even brought me a plate of cookies with a sweet note for my birthday. They helped us arrange a car to do go sightseeing and the room was by far the best we stayed in all of Delhi. Very Clean facilities and extremely friendly staff. I would highly recommend La Sagrita to anyone!

modern and clean, good location”
We had a very nice stay at La Sagrita. We liked it so much that we change our booking at the end of our holiday so we could stay there again. It is very good value for money from a European perspective. It is in a very nice location and in a newly refurbished building and I would highly recommend it. There was really only one criticism. Our initial reaction was not great, I must admit. The staff at booking in were not particularly welcoming. A welcome pack and a few smiles would be a great improvement. However, after 2 days we met the Owner/ manager of the hotel who was lovely and very welcoming. He had been away when we first arrived and I think his presence was missed. He informed us they we in the process of printing a welcome pack. And one last thing. Some outside seating in the lovely front garden and just outside reception would by nice. The beds were fantastically comfortable and the bathroom we lovely too.

Good location but staff could be more accommodating”
We stayed just one night at La Sagrita and found both the hotel and district Sunder Nagar very good and also peaceful. We checked in early as our train arrived at 6:30 and were charged1000 rupees extra (cash only) for this which we didn't mind and were also upgraded to a premier room. However, although premier there wasn't a fridge in the room which we would expect. Our only significant bugbear was the night manager who checked us in. We had paid for bed and breakfast for one night but because we had to leave for the airport at 6:00 the next morning it was too early for us have the breakfast that day so we asked if we could have it the day we arrived instead. The manager refused and made us pay for it (900 rupees in cash) which we thought was rather ungenerous in the circumstances.

Great hotel away from crazy Delhi.”
After several weeks of bad hotels in India La Sagrita was an absolute relief. It's a modern and clean hotel with very comfortable rooms. The bathroom is wonderful. It's location is central but taxi's (arranged by the hotel) are required. The restaurant is not great and should be addressed - not many food options around. The manager is grumpy (like all other managers in India?) so no big surprise there. We were seriously overcharged for the airport taxi (we paid the hotel) which left a bit of a bitter taste but all in all a great option for a less corporate hotel in central Delhi.

Excellent boutique hotel in the centre of New Delhi. clean rooms in the upscale sunder nagar area ( 2-5 km from major tourist attractions like India gate, parliament, old fort ...). Decent Food spread with a mix of Indian and European cuisine.

Nice boutique hotel in great Central location”
Boutique hotel in Sunder Nagar, which is a quiet, affluent locality just east of India Gate. Location is great for city touring, service is nice. Breakfast buffet and wifi included. Only downside was the room we got had no external facing windows, but other than that this is a fantastic place to stay while in Delhi.

An Honoured Guest! ”
I booked this hotel for only one night, and but was treated like an honoured guest the entire time. I was made to feel welcome and that nothing was too much trouble. Mid afternoon, a knock on my door and there appeared a plate of biscuits with a hand written welcome note! Everything was spotless, and shower was marvellous and the food was great. I have no hesitation in recommending La Sagrita to anyone.

Nice Hotel”
We had a nice stay at La Sagrita for two separate nights while touring the Golden Triangle. Our first night we were in a less than ideal room behind the kitchen with a view of a wall a few feet away. Not a deal breaker, as we only need a place to sleep before travelling to Jaipur the next day. Our second night we were put in a very similar room, but paid the front desk 1000 INR to upgrade to a front room which was more spacious and quiet. Room service was quick and inexpensive, staff very friendly. OK value for the money. Would recommend to friends.

We enjoyed our stay at La Sagrita. The staff was very helpful with all our needs and the location was great for visiting the sites. We were happy they offered airport transport as it was comforting to have someone there when we arrived our first night in India to take us to our hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and offered plenty of options.

Best Hotel for my India Trip”
Through my 11 days in India, this was the best hotel in terms of facilities, service and value for money. We were given an upgrade from an executive to premium room at a discounted price - worth every penny! The room was clean and comfortable. Also, the location was also convenient and quiet. It was easy to Uber to the main attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

Worth the value ”
A centrally located boutique hotel in the heart of new delhi. The hotel is okay and provide good breakfast as well. Value for money. But we were arranged to stay in the further corner room of the building and there are some noise every morning that wake us up & cleanliness of the bed needs to improved a little. So far so good.

Overrated ”
Before I book any hotel, I always read the reviews of previous guest. Everyone has praised this hotel and thus, I booked the hotel. I think for the first time, the previous reviewers are wrong. This hotel is definitely located in a nice place but it is not quick to get a cab. Not only that, the room appears to be clean. But the areas which is not obvious to the eyes, it is quite filthy. The air vent was filled with accumulated dust as well as the sides of the bed. The pillows had a very old stale smell. Some of the kitchen staff are extremely lazy and don’t wish to work. I came down for dinner and both kitchen staff were busy on their phones. They could be least bothered to entertain a guest. Anyways, there are better hotels at other areas or Delhi at the same price.
