Excellent value for money”

Staffs are friendly, resort is quite new and comfortable for a big family. Swimming pool is just convenient for kids and adults alike. Location is out of the way however, the resort provides service with a reasonable price wherever you want to go. Definitely come back again

AMAZINGLY INCREDIBLE ”

This is a place that is FAMILY. They Hotel is professionally managed. The units are spacious. The staff took me shopping for fresh fish and HELP ME GRILL THE FISH. The establishment has on site security. I would stay her 100 out of 100 times. I truly have profound respect for the Honest Caring Spirit they have. I would take my mother here. They truly have my trust!!!

Really had fun kht na sobrang iksi lng ng araw ng stay namin, very accomadating and reliable nmn mga staff, ung every morning bfast sulit kc madami dn, ung place villa na pinag stayan namin okay nmn, internet connection mas mabilis pa kumpra sa manila, medyo meron lng konti d ko gusto ung sapin nila sa kama my stain, ung lalagyan ng soap sa Laciavilla 5 baliktad hehehe bsta sobra nmn masaya matraffic lng sobra kht saan. Sna lakihan pa nila ung pool. 😉 overall rating 10 Is the highest il gve dem 9 so okay na okay. 😊

Weekend getaway with friends..... It’s clean has 3 bedrooms and small pool. The staff will do anything for just ask.. Great internet as well.

The villa is in good condition except for some leaks in the bathroom. Staffs are great and helpful. Location is in the center of Lapu-lapu and anout 20mins from MCIA.

Please don't go this place after we check in and when room we have move to city Coz this location is very bad😡😡😡 Rooms are badly like the location bad is not good as seen in photos

Will not come back”

No working internet, no cable tv, no usable utensils in the kitchen, so many mosquitos and cockroaches, bad location far from everything, AC was very loud in the bedroom and built into the window so you cant close the curtain. A huge hole in the roof of the shower room, the front door was made of glass so everyone can see into your place. No cleaning products to wash dishes. Pool is tiny. Very decievings photos online. Only good thing was the staff were friendly.

The house is clean and nice, however, the environment is not. Breakfast was very disappointing. They dont have choices, you will have to choose hotdog and longganisa only. They dont even get to toast the bread. They dont have butter too. But the staff were nice. Anyway, I will not suggest this place to my friends.

Not as we expected”

Lack of facilities and equipments. No heater, as it's important for us to drink coffee or milk during day and night. Microwave is not working. We aren't able to heat our very cold food. No trash bins. Telephone is not working as well atleast to contact the lobby if we need something. Place is Far from restaurants.

This place was in a very rundown area of town! It looked like a old timeshare and was not maintained and dirty! The staff was pleasant and it did have a car to take you to the airport!

Location is too far. On the booking says free drop off and pick up from the airport but they will charge you a thousand. Shower not working. Safe not working. Breakfast says free but when you come to get it they will let you to pay. They are putting false listings on Agoda. Agoda please do something about it. They are fooling their clients. Staff seem disoriented. One staff says this, the other says that. So frustrating. We could have spent our money elsewhere.

位置雖處偏僻，但離機場很近。附近沒有什麼店家、餐廳，但飯店可提供外送的餐廳選項給你（只是可能會等有些久），亦提供機場接送服務👍

방이 없으면 예약을 받질 말든가 다른 숙소로 배정하면서 1인실 룸 2개배정이라니.. 여행시작부터 최악이었네요!

처음에 3박을 예약했다가, 어쩔수없이 1박만 하고 나머지는 취소했습니다. 막탄시내에서도 상당히 떨어진 거리라서 택시이동도 매우 불편했으며, 리조트에 픽드랍서비스를 요청할 경우 택시의 3배에 가까운 비용을 지불해야만 했습니다. 욕실은 매우 협소하여 물은 쫄쫄쫄쫄나오고, 현관이 통으로 비치는 투명유리에 커텐이나 블라인드도 없어서 외부에서 100% 노출되요. 실내에서는 와이파이나 데이터도 잡히지않아, 외부에 나가 전화를 받았어야 하며, 주변이 완전 시골이라 처음 갈때는 매우 무섭기까지 했던 위치에요. 사진과는 달리 수영장은 매우 작고ㅇㅟ치가 애매하므로 수영을 즐기기엔 거의 불가능하다고 봐야하구요. 정말 비추합니다.
