Excellent stay”

Excellent stay and staff. My only negative feedback at all would be that there needs to be a different option for breakfast other than the restaurant opening at 8am. Doesn't account for early departures. As a Warrnambool boy myself, I have never stayed at accommodation in town before and this is a wonderful part of my awesome home town.

Great location and friendly staff”

Very happy with the choice to start at the Lady Bay. Close to beaches and the breakwater, with a great cafe down the road and decent coffee at the inhouse restaurant. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

An excellent hotel room”

The rooms consisted of two good sized bedrooms each with en-suite and a shared lounge/ kitchen between the 2 bedrooms, with complete facilities. We only stayed for one night but would have been happy to stay for longer. The buffet breakfast (extra cost)was very good. The check-in & check-out procedure was very quick due to the friendly and efficient staff. It is in a good location for a start or end trip to the Great Ocean Road. I highly recommend this resort hotel.

Nice well equipped hotel”

nice and comfortable hotel with great amenities in the room - kitchen appliances, washing machine/dryer etc. room is large, clean and comfortable. would recommend taking a room on a higher floor for better views. very good service at the reception and in the restaurant. food was also good and reasonably priced. highly recommended.

Quiet, peaceful, clean and relaxing”

Fantastic! We booked a 3 Bedroom Apartment and there was an Endota dayspa on the premises, which was very easy to get to. Resort staff were very accommodating about late check in and check out. The accommodation was very spacious, clean and relaxing. Too bad we were only staying overnight!

Great hotel just few minutes walk from ocean”

stayed at hotel in two beddroom ocean view one night while travelling on a great ocean road. very good location - few minutes drive from the ocean and centre of the city. supermarket is just 5 munutes drive. fully equipped kitchen, electric matresses, air-conditioner-heater, free wireless internet access, very spacios new and clean two level appartments made our stay pleasent.

lovely units with a great veiw”

Everything ran smoothly from the checkin. Reception was very friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and spacious. Lots of stairs as unit was on the first floor and was a 3 tier appartment. Not recomended if you don't like walking stairs. Ideal for a group of friends to share.

Hotel is conveniently locate at the end of the Great Ocean Road. If you don't want to rush back to Melbourne on a same day trip, this is your idea stopover.

Great location and clean”

The view from our room was across the car park towards the beach on the first floor. Small balcony with 2 chairs lucky we didn't require a table but I'm sure if we asked the staff would have arranged. The rooms were quiet and we didn't hear any other guests during our stay on a Saturday night. The hotel did have a number of guests in town for other fucntions. Breakfast the next morning was busy and the staff catered for everyone.

Lovely hotel and clean rooms”

Would recommend this hotel to friends and relatives. Our 1 night stay was too short. Wish we had more time and would not hesitate to come back to this hotel again. It is clean and our room is fully equipped with washer, dryer and dishwasher. Staff are pleasant and provides good service. Restaurant food is good as well.

awesome location”

This hotel is very close to the beach and view points. Did an early morning walk down the beach to watch the sunrise. The main town is just 5 minute ride. This is a very good option for families, even with little kids. They will surely love the spa.

i enjoyed my stay, very clean and well appointed room. the day spa & thermal spas was closed on sundays which is a shame as i would think this to be one of the busiest days of the week.

Excellent”

Room was a good size for 2. Kitchen was well-equipped and there were supermarkets nearby. One thing I had a problem with is that there is no heating in the bedroom, only the living room.

Perfect position”

Good sized room, plenty of parking, staff were excellent, great position to walk to the beach, cafe and pier.
