Scammed by the Hotel Owner”
The hotel owner told us she would book a VIP bus for us back to Yangon. Many bad things happened. First, she booked it on the wrong day causing us to miss our accommodation in Yangon. Second, she didn't book us in the VIP bus but the local bus which was a horrific bus ride to Yangon. The owner also refused to listen to us when we tried to explain to her how we needed the bus to be booked on the right day. No apologies from her and she even screamed at me. Third, the room had lots of insects that swarmed the room. The only thing good I can say is the staff working for her are friendly. Don't stay at Lady Princess Motel 2 and avoid this owner who scammed us.

Staff it's not helpful at all. Rooms are small and smells of moist. No hot water in showers. Breakfast it's small and they don't give you anything more.

Friendly helpful and homely”
Loved this place. It's a bit further away from the centre but the walk was nice or you could rent a bike for 1000kt a day. The owner speaks great English she was so cool it felt like she was my aunty. all of the staff are very helpful and friendly, we stayed there 4 nights in the end. There is a nice outside patio space , we always got a friendly "hello" or "goodbye, have a nice day " leaving/entering. Breakfast wasn't big. Our room was mostly clean but we had to sweep the second one ourselves as there were dust and bugs everywhere. They sprayed for bugs in our room during the day so cover your stuff otherwise it will be very sticky... showers were good and hot most of the time. They still organise a boat tour from the hotel but i think it is slightly less at the pier and you can choose where you go. If you can, book 1 night online then the rest onsite as agoda adds taxes that the hotel doesn't see...we ended up paying twice the price for 2 nights

Not children friendly and poor service level”
We have booked 2 rooms, once we arrived in the hotel, instead a welcome, there is a serie of investigation:the children are not indicated in the reservation form, how old are they? After showing them their own booking policy on the site about children under 5 years old free of charge, then they want to charge us additional fees for breakfast of 2kids (3 and 5 years old). The hotel is new and clean, but a little bit far from the city, the TV has no signal, and the quality and quantity of breakfast are very poor.

Ok ”
We arrived (exhausted) after our 3 day trek to find and our bags had been dropped off at a different hostel. We got a lift round the Lady Princess 1 to hunt out our bags and found them so that was fine. We didnt realise in advanced but Lady Princess 2 doesn't have WIFI. Which was a bit of an issue. We were told our room was upgraded to one with AC although this room was right in the reception area and the AC was intermittent, as with the power but this is something we experienced throughout Myanmar, it just didn't feel like an upgrade and we would have been quite happy with a room with a fan on higher floor. we hired bikes for the day and the staff were really helpful with directions etc..

Clean and friendly staff”
Good place but it's a bit out of town and no wifi as advertised. The staff are super friendly and the owner has great suggestions of things to do in the area. We would go back

New and polished”
Hotel is new so it looks great and is very clean. The soundproofing between the upper and lower floor is non existent. I could hear everything from the people on the floor above me which would be my only complaint. The hotel is a bit further out of the center of town, but I like that it is closer to where the locals live.

Be aware! They offer wifi but no internet”
Nice hotel, good rooms
Be aware! They offer wifi on common areas and rooms but in fact they don't have internet at all. When I asked them they just told me to go to "lady princess 1" to use Internet (about 900 meters away), I tried to talk to the manager but I only got was a person on the phone saying that I have to move to princess 1 and pay more if I want Internet. Also the hotel is pretty far from the center, I think is the most far hotel in town. In general is ok but they are offering something they don't provide
