This simple place is a great base to explore the island. The beach is big and clean. There is very little development here so great for a quiet sunset. Rooms are as advertised, basic but clean. Comfy bed. The beachfront option is worth the extra.

Basic beauty on a dime...”
Traditional basic Thai bungalow on the beach overlooking the ocean... air con, no tv (who needs that when you have a beach!!), a hammock, kettle and fridge... Comfy bed, beautiful beach, peaceful place and a really lovely little spot. This place is a true gem, you can hear the ocean lap and the birds tweeting away here and if you want to relax on a budget here is most definitely a recommendation from me.

Simple bungalow by the beach”
It was a wooden bungalow near the beach. I would say it’s a bit overpriced for being a wooden bungalow with fan room and I’m not a fan of lizards in and outside my room. I guess it depends on your preference of what you want in a room. It was a decent stay for one night. 😊

good but staff not the best. beautiful hut and location however. nice hammock. i personaly am not used to being in the forest. with lizards and centipedes entering my hut. but to each their own. there are ac rooms ofcourse. but overall good stay. they all do laundry. and their restaurant and restaurant manager seems nice eventhough i did not eat there.

A great place if you want to be left alone. A little difficult to find the first time. Epitome of a no frills beach resort. Comfortable bed with an excellent view and fine white sand right outside your door. Id gladly come back as long as the price is right.

Short Stay for Full Moon Party”
If you are looking for Something very simple and just want to geht away from all the Fuss this is a nice place to Stay. IT is almost directly at the beach and hast everything you need within Walking range. However IT is extremely simple and you will Share your Room with ants, spiders, mosqiitos and Lizards. However, I did Not mind IT one Bit.

Location ”
Loved the location but no bar/restaurant open apart from down the beach, no TV in my Room and I booked Superior Beachfront room. Owners were lovely at start but then after a week and they realised I wasn't staying because price increase. They couldn't even call me a taxi or offer me lift 10 mins down the road had to arrange cab myself waited an hour for it too arrive. A little bit poor if you ask me.

We booked to stay here for 2 nights but had to leave after 1. The bungalow was bug infested, huge spiders in the bathroom and we woke up with loads of little bugs on us and a massive cockroach in the corner. If you’re not bothered about bugs then it’s completely fine but if so this is covered!

Rooms are very basic but I was after a simple beach shack so that's fine. Fine for price I paid. Beach is lovely. Chairs and things were broken in rooms. No one tried to clean my room in a week despite booking saying daily housekeeping. I didn't care too much about this. Internet doesn't work in room. No fridge. Owner could have been more helpful. Wouldn't give me a coffee cup to use, or glass of hot water, or piece of ice or water. Loooots of Nos. The restaurant was closed for first few days I was there and wouldn't even leave lights on for guests at night which made the area v dull. When it opened manager of restaurant was so friendly though and made it a much nicer stay.

For not much more you could have a actual place rather than a shack on the beach with sputting water hot when everything is plugged in and not "maybe tomorrow"... Or a door handle rather than a padlock etc...

Pros: Less than 100 m from the beach is fabulous as well as the change of bedding and some cleaning every 3 days. Cons: Bungalow in general is in very poor condition. Water liking so bathroom is always wet. Tiles need a good cleaning and paint on the walls is minimal. Floor is covered with a sort of cheap contact paper. Lots of ants and worst of all cockroaches. Poor customer service, simply not welcoming to guests. Charge for a cup of hot water.
