Peaceful Stay”
My stay at Laghawa in Sanur was definitely a highlight of my recent trip to Bali. I chose Laghawa specifically because of their location, price, and tranquil pool. My room, although plain and budget friendly, was extremely close to Laghawa's AMAZING pool... which is surrounded by greenery, and extremely peaceful. The breakfast supplied was adequate, without being anything special, but because of the budget room price, I often ate out along Sanur Beach... which was the intention from the beginning. I loved staying at Laghawa, and I'm definitely looking forward to returning.

Would stay there again”
As a family with 3 teenage children, we booked two rooms. I chose the Laghawa based on it being moderately priced, excellent location in the middle of Sanur and easy access to the beach. This is an older property with classic Balinese styling, lovely established gardens, a good size pool and friendly staff. The rooms were large and clean and although the bathrooms are a bit aged, everything was in good working order with plenty of hot water. Agoda states that there is free wifi in all rooms but we were unable to get a wifi connection in either of our rooms, although we could get a weak wifi connection on the patios outside the rooms. Wifi in public areas including around the pool was fine. Breakfast was good and plentiful with both western and Indonesian options. We ate dinner in the restaurant only once - the food was fine but the service was terrible. Some of the waitstaff seemed very inexperienced and one in particular, virtually incompetent. My husband requested a beer 3 times and eventually had to go to the bar to get it himself. Additionally, when we order our meals my teenage son expressed concern that the waiter hadn't written down the order for 3 of the 5 main courses ordered. Sure enough, the meals didn't materialise. The two senior waitstaff appeared more interested in spruiking to passersby than what was actually going on in the restaurant. This was the only real complaint we had about the Laghawa so I hope they can get their act together. Would we stay there again? Yes definitely. Despite the shortfalls with the restaurant, the location means there are a plenty of good places to eat within a minutes walk of the hotel. There's also an excellent mini-mart right across the street which was very handy.

Beautiful Bali gardens and setting”
we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. laghawas hotel rooms are nicely situated through their well presented gardens and has an authentic bali feel about it. the rooms are adequate as too are the bathrooms. every room has its own private balcony space. the pool is huge with the added bonus of a serviced pool bar. the dining area where breakfast is served can get a little noisy with the road traffic but we didn't seem to notice it too much after a while. the beach is an easy walk through the extension of the hotel grounds and lounge chairs are available for hotel guests to use at no cost. we enjoyed the location of laghawa in sanur as everything was close by the staff were just lovely, from the cleaners to the gardeners to the kitchen staff and front desk. we wouldn't hesitate going back to stay here.

Fantastic location ”
Once again I have enjoyed my stay at the Laghawa Beach Inn, Sanur. In my opinion this is really the best value for money hotel, with direct beach access, in Sanur. The rooms are ok, and if are staying longer and you need a fridge, you can hire one at the reception.

Sanur”
I liked Laghawa hotel because it was close to the beach, and the hotel had canoes that we could rent. The beach at Sanur has a barrier reef so it's very safe for the kids to swim without waves or undertow. The only drawback for our period of stay was that there had been some flooding due to some lunar influence, and trash had washed up onto the beach subsequently, but it's only an annual occurrence so typically, it doesn't create trouble. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were adequate for us.

The Laghawa Beach Inn Hotel is the best value for money Sanur hotel with direct beach access. If there was a fridge in every room it would make my repeated stays at the hotel even more comfortable. No fridge is ok just for one night, but for a longer stay it would be really useful to have one.

Peaceful stay”
I had a very pleasant stay at Laghawa Beach Hotel. It is very peaceful in a beautiful garden. I liked the beach access including the free sunlounges for hotel guests. The hotel is very clean and the staff very helpful. The breakfast was ok. The only thing I can complain, is that it takes very long to get hot water. When I wanted to take a bath the first night, I got only cold water and I thought, the hot water system was broken. Then the staff explained, they have a manual system and I have to let the water run, until it is hot.

lovely grounds, great location”
the garden at the Laghawa Beach Inn is absolutely gorgeous, and I spend quite a bit of time there taking photos. There is quite a choice of room categories, and prices vary accordingly. Some of the less expensive rooms could do with some sprucing up, but for a night or 2 they are ok as well. There is a free, traditional dance performance twice a week in the evening, which is a nice backdrop to dinner. Although I live in Bali, I really enjoy it.

Great hotel close to the beach”
We had such a great time at Laghawa that we decided to return from Seminyak a few days later. The staff are very friendly and go the extra mile, yet you feel at home at Laghawa. There is direct beach access and a great casual beach restaurant which has good food and drinks for when you want to spend the day at the beach. Many other restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. Highly recommended!

Good location, great staff”
We enjoyed our stay at Laghawa. It is at the main street in Sanur and accordingly close to restaurants, shopping and whatever you need. On the backside you walk around 100 m to be at the beach, passing a nice swimming pool (which we did not use in the two days we stayed). As we were on our way to the Gilis we could purchase everything we needed in the hotel area. At the beach was another good selection of restaurants. The rooms were a bit old, but for the price this was absolutely okay.

Great standard style accommodation ”
laghawa was recommended to me and i now would recommend this hotel to others looking for a budget/standard style accommodation. basic clean rooms in an ideal location. beach and street front right in the centre of the restaurant precinct of sanur. nice pool area, gardens and air cond rooms with friendly staff. if you are searching for 5 star, this is not your place. perfect for the budget conscious wanting location.

Good price valuable quality ”
The hotel will serve you as if you are one of the holder of the bungalows. The placement of the rooms tend to make you feel to be close with the environment since no sophisticated buildings tries to make you far from the nature. It is just 5minutes away from the beach. But don't expect a wonderful beach one, since the beaches in Sanur is populated. However, this hotel is worth for those who try to find decent rooms with modest price. Breakfast, water heater, television and clean sheets are ensured to be provided by the hotel. So it is worth to try.

Although given different room, once shown the room we requested on-line Agoda, the Laghawa staff went all out to help. Best to check street metered-taxi prices for reduced rates before going for the hotel transport options though! Great location and clean.

Beautiful pool and gardens, rooms a little shabby”
Laghawa Beach is a fair-priced option in the main Sanur drag. The location is very good, with direct access to the beach and in close walking distance to restaurants and supermarkets (we recommend Manik Organik and Grocer and Grind). I chose it as I was attending a wedding nearby. The pool and gardens are gorgeous, and the buildings and little porches are lovely too. Inside, the rooms could do with a bit of a revamp, they were a little shabby for this price point, but were still clean and comfortable with all the things you need, and with air conditioning. Our room did have a fair bit of noise though. We were located near to the pool and seemed to have some sort of generator or pump or machine located behind us that made a constant noise, and we weren't especially thrilled with the early morning gardening that took place on two of the mornings we were there, complete with a leaf blower. This noise was a shame considering that the gardens and everything were otherwise so tranquil. The breakfast was basic and limited, but there are plenty of options within walking distance for those wanting to mix it up a bit.

The tradional Balinese style and gardens of this hotel are lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful and it's location was within 50 metres of the beach and promenade of Sanur Beach and it was also right on the main road for shopping and other more reasonable priced warungs and cafes.The hot water in the bathroom seem to take an incredibly long time to finally come through the shower head, but apart from that the room was suffecient for our need with two large and comfortable single beds. The pool had a swim up bar and plenty of sunlounges and grassy areas to sunbath if you didn't feel like heading to the beach.With the airport only 30 mins away it wasn't too far to travel before our flight home.

What a great location and value for money”
Have been before and have already booked again for my next trip back to Bali. Great value for money, pool and grounds area are private and quiet just tucked away from Beach. Staff fantastic and can't do enough for you. Standard room little dated and definitely worth the little extra to get delux room which was great. Definitely value for money and am going back for my forth time to this hotel.

I always enjoyed my stay in Laghawa Beach Inn Hotel as this is my fourth time staying there. The staff are very friendly and location excellent, near to Hardy's Supermarket, spas, restaurants and shopping. It has direct access to the beach, and has a nice and big garden. Only the rooms are a bit old and need some upgrading. Breakfast has limited choice.

Perfect location”
We where originally only booked here for 3 nights but ended up staying 9. Location is amazing as the Hotel has its own path that goes onto beach and when you walk out front your in the main street. Rooms are cozy and the house keeping do amazing creations of animals with your towels. Tv has all the channels you could ask for. For the price it is well worth it and would have no problems in returning to the hotel again.

This is my third time at Laghawa, enjoy the large pool, short walk thru to the beach, close to restuarants, short walk to Hardy"s , laundry over the road, bread basket to the left yummy lunches
