I was absolutely disgusted in the way I was treated”

I arrived and was priced $123.10. When I booked online, when talking to the young girl on reception she neglected to ask for the money. So I was all settled in my room and then the owner came to me, drunk saying I had to pay and I showed that I had money and said it was not my fault the receptionist didn't take the money. The owner then started abusing me and threatened to call police. As i felt threatened I packed my stuff up and left to then sleep in my car as there was no where else available. I had just driven 8 hours and just wanted to sleep. I'm absolutely disgusted at the way I was treated and would not recommend this place at all. I feel I should have a free night booked somewhere for having to sleep in my car.

Dated, but clean and comfortable”

My husband, daughter and I stayed here overnight. Check in was easy and the unit we had was clean and had plenty of space for the 3 of us. Beds were comfy. Only downsides were the place is a little dated and our unit's security screen door was broken and didn't lock. Overall a pleasant stay.

Outdated Motel”

This is defintely NOT a 4 star hotel!! it is way outdated (1970s) and bathrooms are damp and dingy: toilet roll container way outdated - towels do not dry and are not good to begin with. Location for our purpose was fine and dining room nice and food good home cooked stuff - but nothing else nice about it!! DEFINITELY overpriced!!

this place was a dirty”

We arrived and firstly noticed the swamp pond they called a pool. The next thing was the inept person at reception we were charged a second time for the room as he couldnt ooerate the computer to process our reservation. Next was the room. Well as they had not occupied the room for a while one would expect they would have aired it and given it the once over. NO the room was mouldy and had more spiders and webs than my old shed. The carpets were putrid and an open mouldy packet of chips was behind the tv. The fans in the bedroom didnt work and the door had been bolted shut so there was no way to get the stale air out. The sheets on the bed were dirty and the remotes for the tv and aircon had no batteries. There were only 2 towels in a 2 room apartment The room rate was rediculously expensive at a night and as this is a top rate we expected a top room. So in all it was a motel and there is no way i will ever stay here again or reccomend it even for my dog....

Rooms have a Kitchenette & Bathroom has a Bath.Rooms are spacious, clean ,& comfortable. & has a balcony. Wyong Club is within walking distance. There's a Pool too.

Very noisy”

Our room was very clean but the traffic and other occupants rooms were noisy! The outdoor area was very dirty and overgrown and the door to this area was unlocked so I’m glad I checked as it backed on to the road. Wifi was turned off of a night and not accessible the next morning! Pool area was very overgrown and pool was dirty!
