Very nice locations ”

Friendly staff that allowed me to pick the room. Picked the unit on the 3rd floor. Clean and nice room. Attached bathroom. Enjoyed the wonderful location. Near the pier or wharf, super accessible.

Nice Room and staff but noisy contruction. ”

Room was big and you got everything what is necessary. But it wasn't so amazingly clean. But for me it was okay. Breakfast was on time. But only sandwich and or pancake with tea or Soymilk. It's okay but no other choices like vegetable etc.. Unfortunately, I got a room with a very nice view on the lake, but from 7:30 till 18 o'clock you will have all time noise from the contruction which is at the moment. It's sad. So you can't really relax.

A day in Sun Moon Lake”

Staff was friendly & approachable. They took photo of passport during registration using iPhone which I was not so comfortable with. The room I stayed in had basic necessities. No small hand towels. The curtains were torn and dirty & balcony area was full of flying insects and creepy crawlies. No heater, only air-conditioner which was not a major problem. The exterior look of the B&B was rather old. Lift only served til 6th storey. We had to climb 2 storeys up as we stayed on level 8. Would not recommend unless on a budget.

terrible”

clean room

the hotel is hard to find, and it doesnt look like a hotel on the outside at all. we booked a lake view room, but our lake view was obstructed by construction ramps, the window was also dirty . we arrived int he evening and construction works didnt stop till late. we asked what time they start in the morning and were told "not so early". " not so early" was 8 am which was pretty disappointing for us as were travelling with a child who was awaked ny the noise. all the furniture in the room was fake and we couldnt find a signle closet to put away our bags. we liked the spacious bathroom and the room was clean, but we were so upset we didnt receive at least what we paid for. also, the breakfast was terrible, a burger with onions only.

Nice lake view”

At the lake side, room big enough for family with three children, friendly staff

We are two adult and three children (9y,7y and7y) and we stayed two night at the hotel. There is no restaurant and the breakfast you get at the ice cream shop across the street. The hotel is located on the south side of the Sun Noon lake in a small city which has a lot of souvenir shops. Nice and quiet (we when in the low season). The hotel is small but nice and clean and it can be recommended just for spending the night.

Decent enough stay for the price ”

Not many options or variety in the area and this was a fine place to crash for the night. Quick, early check in, good location. The room was clean and Japanese style but the king bed was really just two twins pushed together so you definitely notice that rolling around at night.

l'acceuil chaleureux, la surprise du petit dejeuner, la location

nous avons passe 1 nuit au Lake in mountain B&B. Nous avons ete charme par l'acceuil tres chaleureux de nos hotes. l'emplacemenmt est pratique , pres du ferry et de la rue pietonne. Nous avons ete charme par le petit dejeuner tres original et tres mignon sous forme de fast food pakaging masi finalement sain. Le seul bemol est la vetuste des chambre ou un petit coup de rafraichissement serait le bienvenue.
