A very nice new hotel perfectly located in the centre of Tainan! It’s very clean, the staff is well trained and the facilities, like the gym and spa including outdoor pool are very nice! Last but not least the breakfast has a variety to offer, that is hard to beat! Great place to stay !

Best In Town”
Having stayed at some of the other properties around this area, this is definitely Tainan's current market leader. A fresh, new and brigh lobby, buffet breakfast that could not be any larger or better and nice new modern rooms where everything works. The swimming pool was also great and the location smack bang in the city center cannot be beaten. Unlike some of the nearby properties that share parking with the Mitsukoshi Department store, the Lakeshore also has its own car park with plenty of parking spaces. Much easier access to your car! Will definitely return.

Other than the noise on the hall that can come in the room, everything else is great. Their tub, shower and beds were pristine white. If you need anything, the staff gets it for you. We needed extra shoes, an ice pack, and calling a taxi for a friend who came over; all were done happily for us without any extra fees. The restaurant has a wide variety of options: chai times from different Asian countries, European, and traditional foods from Taiwan. Worth what you pay for, especially for a business trip.

My family absolutely loved our stay. There is quite a few facilities so you could very well spend much of your time in the hotel. The hotel is at a convenient location, with easy access to local small eats and restaurants. The staff members are helpful and professional. Most importantly, the breakfast buffet was exceptional. Even if you didn't have time to enjoy local food, you'd be able to try some of them out during breakfast! My mouth still waters when I think about some of the dishes!

A great option on Tainan ”
An excellent hotel in a great location. The check-in process was quick and smooth. The room was very large for Taiwan. Nicely decorated with adequate places to store things. Lighting and A/C controls were easy to figure out. Good water pressure and excellent wifi. The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. All spoke English. Only three negatives, all minor: 1. The in-room safe was not secured to the furniture, making it easy to remove (and it tended to tip over when the door was open). 2. The two bedside lamps could only be controlled from one side of the bed. 3. The hot water shifted back and forth from hot to warm. It was still a comfortable temperature, but it was annoying. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

other than the nice staff and clean environmental, the breakfast buffet is fantastic, you can try the traditional Tainan style beef soup without having to get up very early in the morning.

Exceptional”
Upon check out they asked me if everything was OK . I forgot to mentioned in the parking lot there are utility tunnels hanging down with some screws protruding, my car's hatch back accidentally got a small scratch upon arrival. My suggestions is maybe the hotel can consider put some kine of protective plastic foam over the hanging open screw, it way avoid damage guest's cars.

I admired very much of its big outdoor pool and indoor sauna. One thing I was not highly sure was the way they handled my puppy. The check-in day was not lucky to encounter the huge power outrage in Taiwan, that the puppy’s pet hotel had no electricity to open up the door. I had to arrive the hotel and park the car first, so I could breath and try to find another pet hotel. When the front door guy saw me and the puppy up from the underground parking to the front hall, he reacted instantly with high responsibility, which was great. Good training! I explained to him my story and I was to leave his front hall immediately. He did a great job watching me all around carefully and what could I say?

New property in a quiet neighborhood”
The well trained staff made my day. This is a relatively new hotel in the block with a walking distance to a department store. Also an easy 10 min drive to the old Town district of Anping. The only thing I feel a bit disappointed is that swimming pool is a bit small and not for recreational purposes.

I love the bright light in the room. I can read and unpack my luggage very well. The lights also show the clean room and reduce the eye pressure. Restaurant in 1st floor is great. Staff is nice. Good price and location.
