“One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in!”
I rarely rave about a hotel where it does many areas very well: 1) Fantastic service - Polite and friendly reception staff who patiently explain the services and room arrangements, as well as how the dehumidifier works - Helpful and sincere bell girl & boy in terms of advising uber / taxi wait times during peak hours and carrying the luggages / opening the doors - Enthusiastic cleaning lady who promptly went to another place to retrieve extra toilet rolls for us when we passed by at the corridor - Sweet touch of free local snacks placed on our table the next day 2) Beautiful and functional design of the room - Comfortable colour scheme (no sharp colours of the wall / bed frame / bed lining etc that can make the room look tacky / dark etc) - Spacious room and seems quite new - Long and large sofa that allows us to easily place and keep our 2 luggages entirely opened - Nice separation of the sink vs toilet vs bathing area with wet and dry sections, so different areas can be used simultaneously - You can tell a lot of thought has been put in to ensure the room is user-friendly (e.g the positioning of various power plugs, having various metal racks for the ease of placing items when bathing etc) 3) French organic hand wash + body wash + shampoo by Valvola have amazing texture - Not sticky nor too watery, but liquid enough to easily lather and use - Make your skin soft - Don’t have any strong smell 4) Water dispenser with options of hot, warm and cold water is just down the corridor of our rooms 5) Beautifully and elegantly designed hotel lobby with gift shop that is interestingly selling the hotel’s pillows (which are comfortable to sleep on) and also the range of Valvola products as aforementioned, as well as local food and non-food souvenirs 6) Convenient location that is close to several tourist attractions and nice food places either by walking within 10 min or short taxi / uber ride of 3 - 6 min Thank you and keep up the great work!
