Stunning lakeside view”
Lakeside apartment is the best stay during my trip in NZ. Great lakeview, town centre and lake just steps away from the apartment. The apartment is huge and clean. Too bad that we only stay 1 night in Wanaka, would have to stay more nights to use the kitchen facilities. Staffs are very lovely and helpful. There is also a tablet in the concierge for you to book tour. Websites is pre-opened for you to browse. Overall, best hotel I stayed so far.

Fantastic”
Lakeside was a fantastic place to stay. The views were wonderful and the location was very convenient to get to shops and restaurants. The room was huge with everything you needed and always lovely and warm. It was great to come back to a clean apartment each day and relax after skiing and walking. After spending our last day in queenstown we definitely were happy with our decision to stay in wanaka. The staff were great and we had no need to get assistance with anything as everything worked a treat. Would definitely stay there again and it was worth paying the extra dollars.

2 nights perfect stay in Wanaka”
The Lakeside Apartments in Wanaka was the best accomodation we stayed at from our 3 week trip in the Southern Island although it was the most expensive so it was a given. We were on the 3rd floor which had breathtaking views of the lake which made our dinners on the balcony spectacular. Everything from the pots & pans to the kitchen sink was of premium quality. Would definitely come here again for a special occasion.

One of the best - Will be hard to beat”
We stayed here for our two nights in Wanaka. The apartment was well appointed and clean with all the modern amenities. It soon became obvious that no shortcuts were taken in fitting this place out. Everything was of of exceptionally good quality from the kitchen equipment to the fixtures and fittings. The pools looked great and with a heated pool and a hot spa included. Blair the manager was most helpful with any questions we had. I wish I had spent a bit more time than the two nights I stayed here. Definitely the best place I have stayed at so far. Will be hard to beat.

The main bed was really superb nice with a sea view, individual cloakroom and bathroom. However, the other two bedrooms were not that good. The smallest room has no TV but two single bed. The living area is very big, it has everything:wash machine, kitchen, dryer...etc

Expensive but the breathtaking view, furnishings and location made it worth it. It is very spacious and well equipped. Parking at the garage is a bit difficult. The pool doesn't look that clean to swim in. Walking distance to restaurants and convenience store.

It's right opposite the lake and a big park. I brough my daughter every day to the park and she loved it! Only 5 minutes walk to the town with lots of restaurants and shops.

Needs fly screens or aircon”
Open the windows and doors and your place is full of mosquitos. No aircon. 1 small fan provided for the whole place. Sweating in your sleep when it was cold outside. The place was beautiful and in a great location but could not stay therr again until they address the cooling issue. The staff are also amazing. Such a shame about this nice place.
