Terrible experience ”
When we arrived the flush was not working nor did the shower or any other water for that matter. No one offered us to change rooms or any sort of compensation. We had mentioned it to the reception several times and nothing got done. Eventually we had to shower outdoor in the public areas although we paid a lot of money for the room. Staff was incompetent and didn't offer any help. Although we knew they had other rooms available we were not allowed to change. We had probably the worst room in the hotel zero view and loud street noise as our room was at the back. Definitely requesting some sort of compensation or refund from your side as this was unacceptable and a horrible experience. It certainly ruined our vacation and we will not recommend it to anyone. Thank you and looking forward to hearing from you.

Doesn't worth it! Crazy experience”
We stayed for couple of days and it was really funny! 1. We booked «garden view» room but staff gave us «face to the wall» room 2. In the evening we saw naked soapy man running around! Little later we got why: the hot water suddenly disappeared when we had shower. 3. During the day we had sex in the room and service man started to know at the door saying: «Room service». There was sign «Do not disturb» so we continued being sure he will go away. He continue to know. And then he opened a door! I had to shout to kick him away! Also it's too expensive for the quality of everything. Don't go there!

Poor value, WiFi fail, Power Fail”
Power failures normal for area, but places worth your money have generators. WiFi failed first day, rude desk staff insisted it worked, despite our groups multiple devices confirming it is failed, and not "just slow." Continental Breakfast basically four pieces of toast, only option in a hurry, only open 07:30am - why not 6:30 like our previous resort? Moldy smell in room, no mosquito cover on vent panel by A/C. One staff acted like we didn't pay as we were leaving to airport, asked us to wait - poor communication among staff. New generator arrived during our last day, hopefully it will work. Spend less money for more somewhere else.

Had a very nice stay”
In summary the hotel is very good. It is located at the end of the main street, so within walking distance from restaurants and bars, but a bit more quiet, if you want to go to bed before midnight. Breakfast was great, I can recommend the banana pancake. Furthermore laundry service did work fine, although we got it one day delayed. Cleaning the bathroom means, the bathroom is completely wet after the cleaners used the bumgun only for cleaning. There is WIFI in the garden and lobby. Both worked from time to time. But you should not consider it to be a stable connection to do further bookings.

Be well prepared or you won't enjoy to stay here”
This place is only ok, if you are well prepared to stay here, otherwise you won't enjoy it. PROS: - Location: although the hotel is located at the end of the beach, it's a mere 5 mins walk into the city center where all restaurants and bars are located. So I can't really understand some reviewers here who complain about the bad location. - Staff: is always very friendly and will help you to arrange tours, motor bikes etc. CONS: - Power blackouts: occur frequently and at random times. To be fair enough, they affect not just the hotel but the whole town. However, most other hotels and even small restaurants have (working) electricity generators. The hotel also has one, but it's either insufficient or not working properly. Sometimes, I thought that the hotel didn't switch on the generator on purpose to save some money (e.g. black out occurs at midnight and lasts til 8 am >> I don't believe that it takes 8 hours to get a generator running). As the hot water in the shower is controlled through an electric heater, you will also not have warm water during blackouts. - Air Conditioning: the A/C in the room is old and super loud (nearly as loud as a power generator, I am not exaggerating - you will not be able to sleep) and cannot be remotely controlled (you always have to get up and turn it on/off or change the temperature. - Mosquitos: the place is infested with mosquitos. Fair enough, this is not the hotel's fault, but it is also not doing much against it: basically all mosquito nets on the windows are broken (not just tiny holes, but completely ripped in pieces). Thus, you will never be able to open your windows and after 2 days (due to blackouts and high humidity), you will have a very bad smell in your room, that you can not get rid of unless you open the windows and let the mosquitos feast on you during the night. - Wifi: is NOT available in rooms, only in the restaurant area and there the wifi is super slow (can't even open Google when there ar
