I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the customer service was truly exceptional. The staff were super friendly and had a good command of English, making communication very easy. The location is also a major plus – just a short walk to Hoi An Ancient Town, which was super convenient. While the air conditioning in our room wasn’t as cold as we hoped, the staff genuinely worked hard to resolve the issue. They provided extra cards to keep the electricity running while we were away, ensuring the room cooled down, and even sent a technician to check on the AC. It might just need some gas or maintenance on the condenser, but their efforts were greatly appreciated. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for its location, service, and commitment to guest comfort!

From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly and accomodating. There was a family laundry next door who charges per kilo (a god send in this heat). Walking distance to Hoi A main streets. The room we had was very comfortable with plenty of room overlooking the pool area. We had to stay an extra 2 nights due to a typhoon up north, so they gave us an extra 2 nights in our own room at a better price. Miss Anh & Mr Man made our stay all the more enjoyable. Buffet breakfast was delicious. The hotel is very clean. I’d definitely stay here again.

2 night stay at Laluna Hotel & Massage”
Staying at Laluna Hotel was overall a good experience. We utilised their airport-to-hotel transport service and arrived at the hotel with ease. The staff who welcomed us were friendly, informative and accommodating. There was a lovely welcome drink served too. The rooms were spacious and clean. We booked an adjoining room as there were 4 of us in total. We also got a beautiful view of the river with a balcony, so we enjoyed lovely sunsets in the evening. The breakfast buffet served traditional Vietnamese food and was so delicious and had a good variety. Highly recommend! The reason for the star deduction on staff, cleanliness and facilities (all 3 stars) was due to our experience at the Spa. As we are hotel guests, they gave us 20% discount which was nice. I had already pre-booked an appointment for a massage for 4 people, so we thought they would have expected us. However, on arrival at the Spa, the rooms weren't ready so we had to wait. The receptionist/ spa manager provided us forms to fill out, to check what type of massage and strength we wanted, if we had any illnesses or special requests etc. We were guided to a small area for a foot bath with no one waiting for us. The receptionist/ spa manager seemed to be ushering therapists to meet us. 4 massage therapists served us each but they seemed to be talking among themselves in Vietnamese on who to serve. The foot bath was done fast and without much effort as they continued to chat. After drying our feet, only one of us was given flip-flops. No other shoes were prepared. The receptionist / I'm assuming the manager of the spa gave one of us HER own slippers which was highly unprofessional and unhygienic. I ended up walking to a therapy room barefooted. My sister and I went into the same room as it was a twin room, and they told us to remove our clothing without giving us any privacy and stood there watching. It was awkward and uncomfortable as we never had this kind of treatment before. After lying face down, my therapist asked if I wanted to have strong pressure as I indicated on my form. I confirmed yes and yet the whole massage was a slathering of oil over the body. It was the worst massage experience for all 4 of us (we're all female, 2 in our late twenties and 2 in late 50s). After the massage, we went back to the reception area and I waited for the others to finish. We were given feedback forms but it was still very awkward as the receptionist looked on as if we were in an exam hall. We read a lot of positive reviews before booking the spa so we all had high hopes and it was a surprise for the older ladies. I would NOT recommend the spa, other than this, the hotel was a good stay. Hotel 5/5 stars, Spa 1/5 stars.

I would highly recommend this hotel in Hoi An as the staff were very friendly and always helpful. Location is also very good as it’s just a 5’mins walk to the old town. If you don’t wish to walk, you can easily borrow the bike from the hotel which is complimentary. Room is also comfortable and spacious. Will definitely stay here again if I ever go back to Hoi An.
