Very cozy little apartment with a nice balcony on a friendly, tree-lined side street just off the city center. You won't find any luxury amenities here, but you'll have everything you need for a nice stay. Hot water, fridge, cooking utensils, condiments, decent internet, affordable, motorbike rental. The space is very clean and not stuffy or humid (rare in Dalat!) and the hosts are exceptionally kind.

The apartment was very clean and a compfy bed suitable for the western traveller. Large kitchen good size bathroom, plenty of hot water. The owner is happy to rent her motor bikes at a very cheap rate. We paid just 120k Dng for a very good motor bike. Not like the bikes the renters will provide. Be polite and return the bike with at least a half a tank for the next traveller. (Its only a couple of dollars or Euro's.) We will definitely be staying at these apartments again. The owner and her family were beautiful and could not help enough. (English is not a problem)

We have early checking at 7am but the owner still let us in and when we check out late 4 hours but they don’t take any money more than we paid by agoda . The apartment quite new , just build, nice owners. I will come back and introduce to my friends .

While we are not a five stars luxury resort, but we always try our best to maintain cleanliness and comforts to our guests. You were unsatisfied about the room being dirty and uncomfortable is a great concern for us. The room that you stayed in, #201, it is our largest and it has one queen bed and two double beds. The room sleeps 6, and you were a party of one so I would not think that space is the problem. Our beds are of the highest quality and our bed linen is the same quality. Our apartment is 3 years old and the room is still looking the same as in Agoda images. As a routine, I inspect all rooms after our staffs have completed the room service, and I clearly remembered everything was to our standards. Unfortunately, you left without letting our staffs know of any issues, even though I have seen you four times during your stay. I remembered that you did ask for ice on your first night and I would have taken actions to make your as stay comfortable as possible had you communicated t

Super clean and quiet apartment ”
One of the cleanest rooms I have stayed in in VN. Everything feels new and spotless. Very spacious and shower was hot and water pressure very good (important for cold dalat climate). The front desk as well as the owner were very accommodating and gave me tips on where to go to get the best local delicacies.

Stayed 3 nights in room 103. Feels cozy for 3 of us. A lot of eateries nearby. Room with fridge and cooking utensils as well. Sleeps well as the bed is comfortable. Staff is friendly too.

Really good location just off the main road with plenty of shops and restaurants. Only a 10 minute walk to the night market also. Great sized apartment and super clean!

Quite good overall”
This place has a good location in the middle of DL city. The staff is very friendly, they tried to do quickly when I has a request on something, even no charged for late check out cuz I was going with elderly. Facilities in the room is clean and enough overall, there is a refrigerator but no water to drink. The only downside is the room's soundproof is not that good, I can hear noises from other rooms, not very often but it still somehow uncomfortable on sleeping time.

Room was small but well furnished. Owners were friendly and helpful. There were 1 or 2 strands of hair on the bed. The bedside table and main table were dusty. The walls were paper-thin and we could hear sounds such as people talking, people showering, and the hairdryer. Water takes a while to heat up. Smell of sewage in the corridor. No heating avaliable so the rooms were cold. 20 minutes walk to the market.

This hotel is very clean with newly decorated rooms. The location is right at the center of the city. The owners and staff are super friendly and very helpful. I would definitely take my family back here whenever I'm in DaLat.

The family are so kind! We enjoyed our stay. Kitchens don't have much in terms of cutlery or utensils (western) Also the apartment stays quite damp because of the ambient temperature.. And only has two small windows.. Not a deal breaker though. Family who run it couldnt be more helpful although English is very limited. Modern newish apartment!

빨래 맡기려고 했는데 첨에 1키로당 2만동인가 3만동 부르다가 눈치 보더니 키로당 5만동부름. 주말이라서 근처 다 닫아서 비싸게 받을수 밖에 없다고 해서 구글맵 찾아서 세탁소 찾아보니 2만동 받는곳 1분거리에있음
