The team is amazing, I had a scooter accident and they have been so nice to me. They helped me with everything and even upgraded me so I don’t have to climb the stairs. The staff is so nice, they don’t speak a lot of English but they’re always willing to help. And with Google Translation it’s not a problem! Thank you so much

Great Stay”
Stayed for 4 nights, clean room, fairly clean bathroom. Room cleaned daily. We were given a bottle of water each on 1 of the 4 nights we stayed. No new towels which was a downside. 20 minute walk from the city centre. Receptionist gave us umbrellas when it was raining. Very helpful staff. Great value for money.

This place was brilliant and I spent about 10 days of my 3 weeks in Patong at this accommodation. It’s super close to the beach and everything else you’d want.. restaurants, nightlife etc. staff were friendly and as a solo traveller I enjoyed a few games of pool with them. If there was slight room for my rating to be 5 stars all round would be the shower not having anywhere to put your soap or shower gel. Also there was zero view from my room.. just a dark alleyway. That didn’t bother me too much though. Most importantly also was the double bed was comfortable. In my 3 months in Thailand I encountered some horrific beds/mattresses so this is why I stayed longer. Anyway, if I ever go back I’d happily stay there again. Barry, Scotland 🏴

Good value for money within reasonable walking distance of Lamai Beach and good restaurants/supermarket. Room was clean and fridge/AC worked well. Reception speaks limited English but enough to get by and the swimming pool is very small.

We stayed for 3 nights. A nice place but 3 nights is a bit too long there and the bathroom gets a bit too grotty to handle. I’d recommend 1 or 2 max. Staff were lovely and helpful, 24/7 reception is very helpful for any and all kinds of travellers and arrival times. Pool is a bit falsely advertised, looks not much like the photos - it is much smaller and a bit dirtier than the pictures, but then again which hotel’s pool looks anything like the photos?

Staff were amazing and so much helpful!! The nicest staff I met in koh samui.Always smiling,helpful and kind. Location is not so bad as you have to walk to lamai center around 15-20min . Superior and double room diffrence just TV so if you don’t need tv take double room,cause all rooms same size. But might be price diffrence.

Lamai Central Hotel is in a great location, 1km to the beach in either direction. The room was small but comfortable, the room nicely decorated with all the modern amenities - a flat screen, small fridge, and a sparkling pool - unbeatable for what you pay. Inexpensive eateries are close by, 7-11 across the street, and a shopping mall close by. At times during the day the local road/temple next door can be on the loud side but no complaints here. Would recommend this place, and would stay again here if we are in the area.
