“Good not excellent”
Stayed six nights got a good deal at low season mid September. Ground floor room, no sun gets in. Hot water excellent. Has shampoo shower gel. Bed on soft side but large for two. Outside terrace seats two but bit uncomfortable chairs. Pool nice beach not the best in Samui. Chaweng more beautiful. But walk easily to restaurants, bars, walk 15minutes to Lamai market( only few stalls open) Lamai Sunday market closed now. Location of Hive is excellent. Recommend My Thai Food restaurant, walk 10 min. Best Thai food ever!! We ate there every night. Free breakfast eggs, waffles, fried rice, yogurt, juices, machine coffee, salads. Probably not stay here again…main reason because can hear everything above us and next door, to shower noise to toilet flush to coughing and snoring. Otherwise it would have been perfect three star location hotel with nice pool and a beach.
