Staff very friendly, location pretty good, rooms clean and spacious, good balcony, fridge not noisy, bathroom nice and clean, free coffee and hot water. Only thing is, if you have a light sleep the bar 50 m away might hold you from sleep until 2am, so but this isnt the hotel's fault. I hadnt a problem with it. Overall I totally recommend this place ✌️

Beautiful Saigon Hotel 3”
It was another great stay ! I moved to another room at the back of the hotel, not noisy at all. The rooms are nice and very clean. The breakfast is quite good. The staff is nice overall. Special mention to Violet, she is absolutely gorgeous and so nice. She made my heart melt during my stay. Really helpful and good English. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

Stayed in the bungalow then booked more nights but moved inside the building. Both were excellent! The room in the building had slightly better AC and unlimited coffee in the common area which means the world to me! Comfy beds, good hot water, close to beach, food, bars.

very nice hotel and I really liked here about everything, only one thing that is not so good is that located on street that have few bars opposite and around. bars keep playing loud music, people shouting and party for quite long after midnight, this is obviously something that hotel cannot control but it's good to know if difficulties to sleep in noisy environment.

Very good stay for the money”
It's obviously a budget hotel room but it's clean and spacious. Close to good bars & restaurants I recommend the Jamaican place across the street. Close to beautiful lamai beach. Only thing that wasn't great was there was only a fan so the room was stuffy and I found a cockroach in our room but that's bound to happen in Thailand.

I stay here for a few days whenever I come to Lamai as it cannot be beaten for budget value. Nothing fancy about the place, just clean, welcoming and does what is advertised. I will always stay here when in Lamai.

the staff make the hotel here and are really friendly and helpful and speak good English and they keep the place spotless the owner is a great guy to and really looked after me here.
great location seconds away from the beach, I loved i.sky café on the corner to.
near a good gym and a few good bars and loads of massage parlours.
cheap and great value for money.
only minutes walk from the heart of lamai.
might not suit family's or people that cant do stairs but if your single or there to party and don't mind being right in the hustle and bustle stay here and have plenty of money enjoy all that this great island has to offer

The deluxe room is a wonderful value, with a super comfortable bed and nice bathtub for under 1000 baht a night, all just a 3 minute walk away from a gorgeous beach. I'll definitely be coming back on any subsequent trips to Lamai.

can't speak highly enough of lamoon lamai. the couple who run the hotel are the friendliest people and will help accomodate most requests. room standards have been excellent on every stay i've had here. i will return again and again, my favourite little spot in lamai.

we booked sepreme room as it said on agoda comes with kettle and free coffee plus tv with movies ,no”
kettle asked reception they said in 13 years no room ever had coffee our room on 3 Rd floor no English TV channel lift not working asked when lift will work .they said never as hotel being re vamped in 4 months we had Bob Marley so loud windows vibrated till 4 am ,room big bathroom ok,in all if you totally death and are fit and like reading it's ok for you

The hotel is very nice. It's clean and near the beach. Staff is friendly and rooms are big and have a balcony. The only drawback is outside the hotel on the steet. There are 5... let's say "bar's" ... that battle against each other with type of music and volume till 3 a.m. Unfortunately that meant very little sleep for me. So not recommended for bad sleepers

Good sized comfortable room. Always hot water. Friendly staff. Close to beach, restaurants and nightlife. There was some noise from nearby bars well into the early hours, however this was not a problem to us and I would guess any location as close to the centre would be the same. If we ever return to Samui would happily stay again. Recommended.

Home away from home”
Although it is near the end of Lamai's main road, it was perfect because at night it was quiet to sleep. Only a few minutes walk to the middle section of the road with great restaurants and shops. The staff here are AMAZING. They really make you feel so welcome and at home. The rooms are really big too. We loved our stay at Lamoon Lamai and only one street back from the beach. If you are there on a Sunday you must go to the Sunday market from 5pm onwards. Incredible atmosphere.
