Location is great. Close to Khao San Road without the noise. Lots of restaurants, bars, supermarkets around. I had a room with balcony and it was worth every cent. Very big room, bathroom and balcony and the most comfortable bed I've slept in in the last few weeks of traveling. Staff is friendly, the courtyard is relaxing and they are storing my suitcase for 6 weeks for 10 Baht a day. Wifi is great, no TV in room (if someone finds that important - I don't). I didn't try the restaurant so can't comment on that

Great sized single room. Clean. Bathroom is always clean. Great location as it's so close to khaosan road and the main part of rambuttri but without the noise of it. Restaurant on site is good and handy too.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The location is great, close to KhaoSan Road, but quiet. The restaurant downstears has good food, the location is clean, it has everything you need both for solo travelers and for couples. The internet is just ok, but does the job. I liked it :)

The rooms and the bathrooms are clean. Everybody was friendly and helped us. You can leave the backpacks there for free without worries. Khao San road, the grand palace, wat pho is in the near, we walked there. Nice authentic restaurant.

Every time I need to take a Bus at 5 AM from Bangkok to my home, I am sleeping at This beautiful calm place near Khaosan Rd. It’s in the middle of everything but in a small side street without big noises. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms very big 👌

Perfect for family”
The room had 2 large king sized beds with a huge terrace overlooking the courtyard. Perfect for my family with 2 young kids. Located in the middle of the city at the busy Khaosan Rd. Yet it has a relaxed environment. Only con was that the room didn't have any TV. Which the kids sometimes need. And the staff could have been a bit more helpful ofcourse. But otherwise perfect hotel at a perfect location. Highly recommended

Perfect location if you want to be on KhaoSan road or you are a backpacker. It’s literally a 1minute walk from Khaosan and the rest of the backpack stuff. And about 10 minutes from the palace and temples etc!!!

Good place near Khao San Rd”
This place is very well located, on Soi Rambuttri next to Khao San Rd. It's recessed behind the street, which means it is a lot quieter than most hotels. The room with private bathroom was a little cramped, not much space to put your suitcase and walk around, but it was clean.

The biggest advantage is living near the Palace and night market, convenient transportation with independent toilets. However, the experience during staying is not good. There was no air conditioner in the room which seemed inconsistent with the introduction. Meanwhile, the room was small and the light was not very bright here.

Stayed there for 3 nights in early Ocrober. The hotel was great if you compare to the price and my suggestion will be to book the room with breakfast option. Their breakfast options are good and staff are also very helpful.

Not working”
The air conditioning didn't work very well and the water pressure was poor. We stayed here a few time before but this time it was disappointing. The staff were helpful. The problem was poor maintenance.

No soap at the sinks to wash hands”
Good wifi, rooms kinda smelly, only one window looks out to the hallway lit all night with bad curtains. Beds comfortable. No hot water in showers
