Excellent layout and awesome service”
We were surprised to find the room is way more lovely than we thought, the layout is comfy and the room is spacious. In front of the hotel is a restaurant which serves main course dessert and alcohol with jazz music as background. defibatelu coming back if we are visiting khao yai.

comfortable stay in the garden unique design”
It was very comfortable stayed in the boutique resort with nice design in garden but also located in the main highway which is easy to reach other places e.g. 2 mins to the Smoke House, 10 mins to Khao Yai. We will definately stay here again next time.

It is a hotel on the way to khao Yai. Around this area surround by nature and civilization such as decent shopping place such as palio; restaurant such as smoke house. This hotel was good in retro decorating style. Art and function was provided in the room With clean and convenient room.

Nice room, super comfy bed”
It was really nice stay, we love it, the room have nice design with super comfortable bed. We found bugs in our bedroom but it's ok it's Khaoyai. The restaurant is a little bit over-price.

Good location”
The style and decoration is very nice and stylish. The room is wide. Actually there is a restaurant in front of the resort so we're worried if it's noisy or not but it's really quiet and relax. We love the open-air bathroom. One thing to notice and request, there is no closet in the room. We cannot hang our clothes cos there is only one hook in the room. And it would be great to have wifi connection in the room. The rest is wonderful ^_^

Into boutique hotels? A good room for you then. Loves the concept of the room. More to retro style. 70s. Though insects might be around the room.. open concept toilet.. heater was not working well.. so had to bash the cold shower .

Really Good time to stay there. It so private room, cleaned and comfortable. The resort is on Thanarat road which is easy to reach to other place. The staff are very nice and friendly.

100% manage by thai. a bit difficult for those who cant speak thai. Located at Thanarat road ehich convenience for most of the access. Great design of this boutique hotel. lovely design for the room with waterfall but slightly noisy during night time. some part with ants and shower equiment need to be fix. Aircon fault to work few times a night. May need to be fix as well. surrounding hotel with great design and found lot of old tv and etc. Overall ok for this hotel.

Nice service, big room and quite privacy, good transportation. Near main road and near attractive place; Palio, Smoke House Food and breakfast is good, good taste. Now the room is not new and color faded.

a little overpriced for what it is - for example, other places in the same price range around the country have a swimming pool or are closer to outside amenities. this is a decent little operation, though. clean and comfortable accommodations with a good restaurant out front.

This resort has only 2 rooms which is very private. The room are nice and has its own personality. In the front of the resort has a small restaurant which serve local foods. Breakfast has only 2 items. We need more variety.
