High CP value, clean and tidy”
The design of the house is unique. Parking is available in front of the house. The interior is very clean and the amenities are complete. The receptionist is also polite. There is a barbecue area outside the house and KTV for singing. Although I didn't have a chance to sing, the other guests sang well. It seems to be quiet after 10 pm. Overall, it was a good experience and I highly recommend it for the price!

Nice option for the pandemic”
Rooms are detached units thus its a very good options for the pandemic paranoia; there is no common lobby for check-in (you are met by the caretakes on site), no elevators or staircases to cram with other guests, and no narrow corridors going to your room. You park just outside your accommodation and its convenient to bring your things to your room. A big 7-11 is just a walking distance from the place. The only downside of Lan-Yang is that its quite far from the beach and other tourist destinations if you don't have your own ride. Its better to rent a scooter or bike if you intend to stay here. We enjoyed our overnight stay at Lan-Yang.

冷氣不冷，明明已經調冷了，沒多久後又升溫，晚上睡覺睡到流汗。 被子床單棉絮很多，感覺有細小毛髮。 光這兩點就不行了，況且我們還帶著寶寶一起外宿。

洗澡洗到一半沒熱水，通知後過了30分鐘才恢復熱水供應，還好不是冬天，不然就冷死了。毛巾不乾淨有頭髮。開放的卡拉OK很晚了還有人在唱歌。

房間有嚴重發霉臭味，地板嚴重凸起影響使用，整個晚上臭到睡不著⋯⋯ 也無法有效制止房外吵鬧的其他住戶，導致深夜也無法入睡⋯⋯

園區裡面馬卡龍色小木屋就非常殺底片了! 小木屋旁邊還有屬於自己的停車位太方便, 床好軟好舒服還有4個枕頭一軟一硬太開心了! 烤肉區非常大活動很方便,重點是卡拉OK歌超級新,錢櫃沒有的歌這裡都唱的到,太爽,以後來墾丁都要住這裡.

獨立木屋設計，空間感强大。大門附設蚊網阻擋蚊子入屋。駕車者可把車直接停在木屋門外，非常方便。位處南灣，不論到墾丁大街，沙灘或恆春鎮，車城鄉都不過十數分鐘車程。非常滿意這次住宿。

适合自驾游的一家人 床超舒服”
如果是一家人自驾游出游 这是一个挺好的地方 很清净，可是相对来说去玩的地方相对没那么方便。是独立小屋，可是空间不大。性价比不高，可是适合多人一起出游。另外夸赞一下他们的床，是我台湾行最舒服的一张床，很软，很干净，睡得很舒服！！

预定的双人大床间小木屋，后来到得比较晚老板直接给升级成了可以住四人的大床房，每间小木屋门口都有专用停车位，很便捷。老板服务非常热情周到，在垦丁的几天体验非常好。旁边就是7-11，很方便
